Best Cooktop I’ve ever had

I’ve had Thermador, wolf, jennaire and none gets as hot as my Zline

Excellent cooktop. The 18000 BTU burner was super powerful. This is definitely a beautiful and functions piece of equipment. The brass burners are a sight to behold. Best Buy tech installed it easily.

Awesome cooktop. Much better than our last one.

We’ve had this cooktop for a couple years and really enjoy it. The burners have plenty of heat (too much sometimes). The grates allow you to lay a pot/pan down flat without anything tipping over. It is easy to clean. We are upgrading our kitchen and this is one of the appliances that will be staying.

Loving the amount of burners I have and that the grate is cast iron! Wonderful to have with a marge family that cooks!

Love the quality and value. Disappointed in ZLINE as they changed the low profile burner grates to a higher profile - different than what was advertised, promoted and ordered. We had no clue of the change until the unit was delivered for installation. When we contacted ZLINE they indicated that they had a design change and if we wanted lower profile grates it would be a custom order and we would have to pay for them. Not what I would expect from a customer satisfaction perspective. Kept the unit and have no issues. Still leaves a bit of disappointment in our minds. Not any fault of BestBuy.

Classy look, heavy-duty grates

Cooktop overall looks high-end, the sleek black 'porcelain' surface is shiny and should be easy to keep clean. Burners are "sealed" making them also easy to maintain. Grates are very substantial and heavy, however their cast iron surface is a little rough. Cannot wait to use it

Excellent product! Well packaged and quick delivery. The price was also very reasonable for this type of quality. And made in USA, a special bonus! I could not be happier!

This is a stunning cooktop. The brass burners really make it pop. It is a wonderful addition to my mid century modern kitchen refresh. The only issue I encounter was one of the brass burn doesn’t not ignite. I am contact z line on Monday morning for a replacement part.

BE VERY CAREFUL OF PARTS RECEIVED

Customer service is awfull... 2 times now using this company, parts delivered for installation have been screwed up and made my contractors have to work extra hours causing extra expense. ZLINE has said they will ship extra parts days later... UNACCEPTABLE>>> dont be fooled BE VERY CAREFUL

Beware, I didn’t get the item on the picture. The grates are completely different and stick out way more than the one shown on the pictures.

I absolutely hate this burner!

Gorgeous Cooktop

A beautiful addition to my kitchen! I purchased the black porcelain with brass burners and it makes cooking and clean up a joy! The grates are substantial versus other brands which have a slimmer profile.

This is the most beautiful cooktop that I’ve ever seen and it’s truly made for a chef.
