Nice cooktop but no low heat
This cooktop is what came in my RV. It's nice looking, and it will get things hot in a hurry, but you can't turn the burners low enough to simmer. At the lowest setting where they will actually stay lit, they will keep liquids at an active boil. If you turn the burners all the way down, they simply go out.
