Glass "pops" when heated

Although a nice idea and look, the glass "pops" when heated. Some of the glass shards "popped" our of the firepit landing on the ground nearby. Had it landed on a person it would have clearly burned them.

Don’t buy unless you have to

We’ve had this oven for about 9 months and the numbers on the timer are almost completely rubbed off. It also took 3 ovens before we got one that worked. Unfortunately we have an unusual shape where the oven needs to fit and this is the only option we could find. If I had another alternative, I would have taken it.

Good suction, too noisy

Great suction power, however it is extremely loud.

Oven did not work after 3 months of use. Igniter stopped working. Customer service was non responsive and did not reoslve the issue

Does the job, but you get what you pay for

Takes a long time to heat up. Temperature is off at least 25 degrees from what the dial is set for.

Very difficult to use

The stovetop is very hard to use for example, most stoves you can figure it how to use even without manual but not this one, if someone the haven't read manual try to use it. It will be almost impossible! Im not joking.

Mostly good

Mostly good…my main issue is that the burners don’t steadily produce heat. When it boils you watch the liquids bubble up for about 3 seconds and then stops bubbling for 3 seconds, bubbles for 3, stops for 3, etc, THE ENTIRE TIME THE BURNER IS ON.

Bad temp control and loud

Looks nice, cool blue light. Louder than our 3yr old refrigerator. Had to set temp eight degrees lower to get desired temp and compressor would turn on but only cooled down three degrees. Fans only came on when compressor on. Returned item.

Just DON’T!!!!

The oven does not maintain the set temperature and is anywhere from 20-40 degree difference!! Not worth your money even at the low price!!

Need refund

Package was not delivered. Merchandise was returned to you on July 5th. I am still waiting for my refund

Pros and Cons

There is definitely a learning curve with this oven. No instructions included and the website is fairly difficult to navigate. I quickly learned not to open the door while cooking to check progress but the temp took way too long to return to baking temp. Thankfully the oven light works well. The temp varies quite a bit so things that need an even temp to cook correctly will suffer. Once I figured out how to use it, the preheat function works quickly but you cannot change between functions without turning the oven off first. Having no experience with convection ovens this function really takes some learning. It cooks much faster than I expected. But does a great job on veggies!

Good but needs heat exhaust option.

Works well. The only problem is it blows a lot of hot air directly into the room, thus cannot be used in warm hours and regions. Design should include an exhaust or ventilation duct option.

Gas line is not needed.

Cooktop is nice. Bigger then t thought but works and looks good. Gas line that was added to the order was not needed at all.

Slow preheating and shuts off automatically

It takes a long time to preheat the oven (longer than the 10 minutes it should normally take), and the oven shuts off automatically.

Missed Expectations

We bought this tub from Lowes several months ahead of the build to make sure we had it when it was available when the contractor and plumber were ready. The plumber opened the packaging and found a broken support on the bottom of the tub ( not a big deal as it could be welded back in place) but he also identified that this tub would not pass inspection. I'm still trying to figure out how Lowe's can sell a tub that will not pass a county inspection. I now have an extra tub sitting in my garage because the plumber would not install it.

Nice looking tub. Unfortunately the motor/pump that operates the whirlpool jets is faulty.

Be cautious...

Arrived cracked, and with a support missing. We had to go to the hardware store and 'improvise' -fashioning a missing support and searching for industrial grade sealant. Do NOT have these tubs delivered. Or, ask the driver to wait while you entirely unbox and unwrap every piece before signing off
