It was perfect for my replacement job. The price was good and my customer is happy!
It was complete waste of money
I quality of material is very poor. It broke within warranty period and they sent me valve parts to replace with partial instruction. As engineer, I could open and follow complicated instruction to change valve and it still did not work. I gave up wasting time with customer service and order LG brand good quality product.
The price was good. The middle grid arrive with broken bars. Was difficult to figure out how to contact them and get through - took a couple weeks. Finally got through on a phone number. After talking with them, I received the replacement part in a few days. Overall seems like a good purchase
Very easy installation.Different burner rating allows flexibility in meal cooking and use of pots of different sizes. The stove can easily be cleaned and more than meet my expectation for the price of it

Looks great, lets see how it holds up in time. Overall my wife loves it especially the center big burner that holds bigger pots. Great value and start. Love that can be switched to either NG to LP.
Horrible Customer Service
Install went fine, but there was a bad ignitor. I’ve called 9-10 times over a period of 2-1/2 weeks and either left a message or requested a call back and still no one has reached out. My customer has been very patient, but this reflects poorly on me and my business. I will not use this company’s products again if I can help it.
