Deceiving Add Key item false

I made this purchase for the name and for as key item offered for this cook top. I you think it has a reversable griddle, ridges and flat as the pictures show but fail to even talk about it in the specs it will not come with that.

[Rewarded Review] Generally happy with big size

I like having so many burners, and I don't feel like my pots and pans are crowded anymore. We do bump into the big knobs in the front from time to time, but at least that does not cause the burners to ignite. One burner really seems to ignite with way too much flame, hoping that calms down over time with use.

Zline 48 in Rangetop

The shipping was super fast. Customer service was outstanding along with the price. I will say the rangetop is very nice looking. The build is not on the higher end of the scale but most people wouldn't think that by looking at it. I modified the rangetop and used some of the existing pieces that were meant to be installed for the back vent area and repurposed them for the front panel gap. Plus with the back vent piece, it would have stuck far beyond the cabinets. Price for the quality is in step. This is not a Thermador but also doesnt cot $5,000.00

Great looking cooktop

It is a great looking cooktop. You can tell that it's made with high quality. Even the knobs are high quality. I had it installed in my kitchen island a couple of weeks ago. I'm enjoying cooking again! Been cooking bacon on the cast iron grill on the weekends, the kids love it.

LOVE it!!!

We purchased matching appliances when we built our house almost 4 years ago. We weren't satisfied with our gas cooktop, so we recently replaced it with this range top instead. We are thrilled with product! We love the burners. We usually keep a griddle in the middle, but love we have an option to easily remove it. On our previous cooktop, we only had one burner that we liked using. All of these burners are functional and adjustable. We are builders, but we installed this in our personal home. The best purchase in our new kitchen - ever!!!

This is an incredible cooktop - wow!!! We remodeled our kitchen and were looking to go with something that can tolerate volume of dishes with increased sensitivity on temperature ranges and sizes - and boy did we get it with this cooktop.

Replacement for old rangetop unit

We purchased this a replacement for our old gas stove during our kitchen remodel and I am really pleased with this product. The unit offers a lot of versatility for us since we converted from a regular kitchen range product to a counter mounted rangetop. The various burner outputs and grate configurations make cooking multiple items simultaneously a synch, its a lot of fun to cook on.

FANTASTIC Cooktop!

This 48" cooktop is not only extremely impressive looking but so amazingly functional. We purchased it, along with the ZLine Range Hood and are impressed with both. It's often hard to make such an expensive investment on-line, site unseen, but you cannot go wrong with this one. It was packaged for a successful delivery. We could not be happier with our decision on this item. This cooktop rocks, we love it!!!

It's a pretty decent piece of equipment.

It's a pretty decent piece of equipment. I like how they chose to make the design simple and symmetrical rather than full of unnecessary ornaments. That means the manufacturer is more concerned with performance and quality than aesthetics. But don't get me wrong, it looks fantastic too. You can easily mistake it for a luxury brand if I'm honest.

Happy with my new cooktop!

Installed it myself. The installation on this stovetop is straight forward (after reviewing the installation booklet included). No fuss, no muss. After making the gas line connections, it fired right up with no adjustments needed whatsoever. My wife loves it. It looks great, sleek and perfect for my kitchen.

Unit does NOT meet expectations. Bought it specifically for its gas griddle/grill feature that doesn't work. It lights only one-half of the fish burner and is a safety hazard! This manufacturing defect could only be discovered after it is fully installed on turned on. 2 months later and it is still not working; we are awaiting a second delivery of different replacement parts from ZLine, as the first replacement parts sent and ZLine's service technician repair attempts did not work.

48" cook top

If you are a professional you will be disappointed in the performance of this range. Does not generate the BTUs a professional needs. I tried cooking pancakes and French toast on the griddle and the heat was not even on the griddle at all. Tried bacon on the griddle and it took 37 minutes to cook and it was uneven. Cleaning is not to bad however the transition from the black portion to the stainless steel food gets trapped. I was hoping for a better performance based on reviews.

I did alot of research before buying

I did alot of research before deciding on this product. I found out there are other brands with each having small differences with each other. some had bad reputation for customer support, some were cheaper and some more expensive. Over all I decided to buy this product from farmhouse Kitchen and bath because when I called them I spoke to a person immediantly when they answered and they very helpful in answering my questions. I read the reviews and was sold. Since installing the unit and using it for the last 4 weeks, I love it and would recommend highly.

Great Product and company!!

I was hesitant to buy at first because i wasn't familiar with the Zline brand. However that changed after a 5 minute conversation with one of the employee. i had a questions regarding this product and called their number they had on their website and a real person answered and they were able to give me answers to my many questions. While doing my research i found that this product had a cheaper price point than other competing brands/similar products. I had the chance of ordering the product from HomeDepot and other competitors but i went with FarmhouseKB because they had more options.
