RT36 in new construction

We purchased a new home in 2022 and one of the appliances already installed is a Zline RT36 cook top. Works great from the burner’s lighting super fast to easy clean up. Love it.

Good cooktop

Terrible warranty service

The cooktop came in with a bent front burner valve which caused the knob to sit crooked and rub. I filed a warranty claim since the Home Depot return period is so short on this appliance that I couldn't return it by the time I got it in. After about 6 weeks I still don't have resolution. The warranty company that they pawned me off to only has one service company in the area and they are terrible. I don't know if I'll ever get this resolved.

Line 48" has cooktop

Love the look and the stainless but I do wish the top was easier to clean There should be a medium burner in front and actual sealed burners which it was described as having.

Can't decide if I like the function or the look

We bought several of the ZLine products for our new home. They are beautiful and a perfect addition to our new kitchen.

It's okay...

For the money, it's an alright cooktop. I wish I would have spent a bit more and got something better. I've been using this for about 3 years now. The biggest problem is that it does not regulate the gas/flame very well. There is not much variance on the burners between low and high. You can't really simmer anything because you can't get the flame to be very low.

Gas Rangetop

I purchased this a month ago and very happy with my purchase. A little background, I searched many websites and only found one that allowed e to select handles and logo in the color, I wanted. I now have a 48 in rangetop that will be the envy of many of my friends. Delivery was a breeze, and the cost was another factor in my purchase. I highly recommend to anyone looking to make the purchase.

New Kitchen for New Construction

I have purchased several Zline appliances to include gas range top, range hood, hood extensions, microwave drawer. What, I like is that I was able to select gold name plates and handles for gas range top and microwave drawer.

The Gas Stovetop I've always wanted!

This stovetop has better space than nearly any we compared, so more pots/pans can fit at one time. We do find that we rotate from one burner to get something up to high temp and move to lowest burner for slow simmer.

It’s a beautiful range. The temperature settings are hard to use. The lowest is still too high and and doesn’t allow for a nice summer. Very hard to clean as there is a deep depression under the burner and you need a small vacuum to get the debris out. Also, a lot of ridges where food particles get stuck. So, while I love how it looks, this range is too much work.

Not your Grandma's Stovetop

Purchased 30" four burner stovetop for our kitchen remodel. My first though upon opening is that this is not my grandma's stovetop. The stovetop is heavy, stainless steel is thick, and cast iron grates are rugged. The four control knobs are stainless steel and are easy to turn. We ordered the top with brass burners and they came in another box. The stovetop is shipped with aluminium burners so those work as a backup when the brass burners need cleaning. Very impressed with the quality.
