It’s a great product, but you have to be mindful of oiling it after each cleaning or it Rusts

It’s a very well made pan. I haven’t had the opportunity to make a paella yet in it but I can’t wait

Very well made and heats evenly a quality product

I prepared a magnificent paella dinner for 20 people this weekend,all seemed to love it so the paella pan worked flawlessly, but I think I need a bigger stove, had at least 3 burners on.

This 18 inch pan fit perfectly on top of my 22 inch WEBER Grill. The grill can be covered in the last few minutes of cooking so the rice can absorb the liquids, and also absorb the aromas of the hardwoods charcoal. Received plenty of complements with my Paella!!

We used this to make paella on the beach in Maine last summer. Also use it to cook bacon and to caramelize onions(in bacon fat!!). Love it.
