Wool not soft

I bought this in a small size to see quality before ordering larger rug. Loved the style and quality, it closely matches pictures. But the wool was not as soft as other rugs (we sit on the floor a lot) and the pile is pretty high, worried that it would look matted and bad over time. Returned.

Great experience ...

I must admit that I was hesitant to buy from Rugs Direct ... price was the best (scares me sometimes) and several reviews were less than stellar. That being said ... my experience was excellent. The rug and pad came in less than a week ... much quicker than I expected. They were both as described, well packed and the quality is what I was hoping for. Kudos to Rugs Direct! I would definitely buy from them again.

Not accurately described. This rug is off white, grey and black - no brown.

Gorgeous Rug!

Great Rug. It is white but doesn't show dirt. I have it as a runner in my hallway. Have had a few stains that have come out easily. It does shed, but that is typical for this type of run. Overall very happy with purchase.

Name Brand Rug Quality Rug at Half the Price!

Wow! This rug is awesome! Thick, soft, extremely well made and an incredible value. I was looking at a very similar rug at a much higher price and it turns out it’s from the same maker just doesn’t care the brand name. The background color is slightly darker than the photo - I was expecting more of a whiter “cream” but it’s natural un-dyed wool so it does a slight cream/grey hue to it. The pattern is subtle and adds depth to our living room. The kids love lying on it and our pup is in heaven! Upon receiving it and rolling it open it will have a certain musty odor - don’t let this deter you. That’s normal as it’s come straight from the maker and wool will do that when stored in plastic. Give it a few hours and the odor is gone. Lots of compliments so far and super happy with this purchase!

Nice size, love the design. Material is soft underfoot which is a bonus with kids but it looks fantastic. Buyer beware though...I will say that it sheds A LOT.

Great Rug. Perfect!

So far it's been a great first experience with y'all!

Very pretty cozy rug, but sheds like crazy. Had to return due to shedding, and you can not vacuum with a beater.

Brown and beige not gray

Nothing Ivory and gray about this rug it was beige and brown. And relatively ugly to boot.
