[Rewarded Review] Nice pan - well made

Feels very durable and sturdy, like the materials used to make this item. Will follow-up with a secondary review once we started cooking with it, but everything fits together (rack + pan) nicely so far.

I use this to roast EVERYTHING - from carrots / potatos (we are mostly vegetarian) - to those rare holiday treats like duck or rabbit. Heavy, easy to clean.

I've had a few lower quality roasting pans and always labored to clean them up properly. I upgraded to this one and I'll never look back. The pan almost cleans itself with just the spray from a faucet - it's shockingly impressive. On top of that, the gaps in the grates are perfectly spaced - I've never tasted better roasted food.

The pan withstands the higher heats necessary for a good lamb roast. You can feel the quality and sturdiness of the pan and rack the moment you take it out of the box. So far, this looks like it was well worth the high price. We'll be using this for a long time.

The roasting is beautifully crafted out of 3 ply (magnetic steel, aluminum and stainless steel), nicely polished, lined with a ceramic non-stick coating, and includes a heavy-duty non-stock rack. It is solidly and heavily made.

A roasting pan not oven-safe at roasting temps? This is only rated "safe up to 400" degrees. Am I missing something? Maybe they mean 'baking not roasting pan'? Crazy!!
