Apparently no quality control
Arrived brand new with the door opening assembly not installed,, missing, not there.
USED 8 TIMES, STOPPED WORKOING PROPERLY, REFUSED RETURN
I had this microwave for less than one year in my new RV. We used it about 8 times and then it stopped working properly. Would not shut off, got very hot, had a burning smell. RV dealer says it is just past the warranty date, contacts with Highpointe maker yields no results-obviously they do not want to bother with a return. I did NOT buy from this dealer and am just giving feedback about the poor quality of this particular product. I would recommend buyers steer clear of this product and the HighPointe name.
Was able to get replacement (albeit at higher price) when not available elsewhere
