[Rewarded Review] Great balance of looks, functionality

Received this a couple weeks ago after sending our son off to college with our regular household kettle. So far it delivers exactly what we wanted. Simple usage, good balance of width/height for counter space, and it has the right look for something we don't mind leaving on the counter all of the time instead of hiding away after use.

Plastic Smell and Taste Linger

I purchased this to replace two metal electric kettles owned previously that rusted within a short time. Your electric kettle is beautiful BUT the plastic smell and taste remains even after using it numerous times. Hopefully, that will dissipate over time or else I'll need to revert to a whistling stovetop kettle.

On my third one! I love this kettle.

This is my third kettle. The first had a faulty opening mechanism. Replaced via Amazon. The second developed a short after 8 months. Replaced under warranty.

Great kettle and customer service

I purchased the electric kettle a few years ago and loved it. I reached out to oxo after it stopped working, sent a video, and they sent me a new one. Absolutely wonderful customer service and product support. This kettle is a game changer.

Poor quality kettle

The quality of the kettle is poor. I have had two prior units and was very satisfied. This unit wobbles in the base and is unstable. I have contacted customer service but have not received any response

Great product and great team

There were some delivery issue, I am so glad the OXO team been diligently followed up and solved the issue for me. Besides of that, I love the electric kettle I bought from OXO, will be keep buying other OXO products.

I preferred the glass kettle. It holds 60 oz., heats up quickly. Reasonable priced.

Works Good

This is a warranty replacement for on that lasted almost 2 years. The base started sizzling, took out a GFCI outlet, and then died. It do love the fact that if you have smallish hands, you can put your hand into the glass container and scrub it. Heats water quickly, what's not to like.

don't waste money

The slowest poke I have ever owned (and I have owned a plenty of a electric kettle). Takes really forever to boil water and has that weirdest aftertaste as well. Do NOT recommend.

Oxo cordless kettle

I love it!! I hope all goes well with it as I returned it and got a free one as the button was not functioning- no heat.

OXO kettle replacement

This is second time my kettle is replaced. First kettle on/off button stuck. Second kettle lid opens by itself while boiling. Third one lid could not be opened occasionally.

The electric kettle is perfect.

The electric kettle is perfect. I use it for morning, lunch and evening tea, and also to boil water for cooking. that's 3-4 times per day. very clear level indicators, so i don't have to boil more water than i need.

The Best Kettle Ever

This is the best electric kettle I have ever owned and I have owned a number of them. It boils water in under 3 minutes; It is easy to see the progress through the glass; Cleans easy with vinegar. I use it everyday to make my tea and it has been a real workhorse in my kitchen. The customer service is excellent as well, the one case when I had trouble they were there for me and resolved the malfunction.

Love the look of this electric kettle and also the large capacity and measurement markers on the glass. The kettle heats very quickly. Also, it matches my husband’s OXO coffee pot on our kitchen counter. Great purchase!

This one is my favorite model

In my opinion, I don't think there is a better model. I had purchased another brand because it was the one on the shelf. The other brand had more features and was very highly reviewed on some respected websites. But I don't understand why.
