All-Clad will not replace if the Coating peels
We've had this set for five years and recently reached out to All-Clad to replace some of the items that have the non-stick coating peeling away as they are no longer safe to use for food preparation. The company said the peeling was due to how we used the product, despite the fact that we only use non-stick safe utensils and hand wash the pots and pans, and this assessment was based solely off of pictures sent via email.
If you are serious about cooking your own food, or you want to get serious, this cookware is top-notch. It will make cooking more enjoyable for you, especially when it comes time to clean up. High -quality. Great construction and induction-safe. SUPERB nonstick coating. Easy to clean Pretty even heat distribution. Handles stay cool even though they’re metal. Worth every penny!!!
