Ensure there is extra blocking behind the wall for this. Thankfully the contractor had the bathroom down to the studs and ensured this was properly mounted.

Overall, a good purchase. Uninstalled, it kind of feels like the spring loaded hinge could come apart fairly easy. After installation, no issue. Making sure to get the seat level during installation was awkward due to the spring loaded seat. Instructions were not fantastic, but adequate. Chair works as intended once installed. Cost was high for a foreign-made chair, but it works well.
Looks good. Waiting for the shower to be tiled before installing this seat.

Great product for my 96y.o. mom when in the shower.
The user of this chair is only 150lbs and in less than one year the metal frame of the seat tore on both sides and dumped him onto shower floor.
It is great. We have it in our shower and it allows us to sit down if we feel tired.. it doesn't look bulky and doesn't show alot of metal when folded up. Definitely a bonus for our walk in shower install. Love it!
It makes shaving my legs so much easier!! Plus we are seniors, so as we age this will come in handy. A great solution for our tiny guest bathroom.
