.y dsughter loves this bed but it's definitely not 10 inches thick. It's 9 inches. Great bed though and the price is right.

I can't believe I didnt get one of these memory foam toppers sooner! I suffer from constant back pain and sore muscles. I am very active and in my late 30's.. how ever I sound like a rice crispy treat in the morning and feel and look like some one in there 90s. One night is all it took for me to be sold!!! I will never go back! I love this topper!! So worth it!! Treat your self! Not 5 stars, 1000 stars or more!!! Just get one for your self!!!

Wrong size, not even a standard bed size

California King showed up and was actually 68.8x81.1. Thats not even a mid-ship as its not a standard size for any bed. Listing here cites a part number and the manufacturer specifies 84x72 which would be the correct size if its what theyd actually made.

Great addition to my Sleep Number bed

I purchase this mattress topper for use in my SLeep Number bed. The foam inseert in our bed was breaking down (have owned the bed for over 15 years) and we needed more support. We were both experiencing hip and shoulder pains, as well as restless sleep.

No strong odor - although i did let it breath for a day before outting on my queen size bed.

Yellow foam only !!

We purchased Sleep Innovations foam bed covers before. We purchased this foam mattress topper and it's not what is in the photo!! This is only the Yellow foam and does not include the cover, and a cover is not sold separately. I spoke with the Vendor and they do not know why. There is another product 4" DUAL LAYER which does include a cover and this 2" yellow foam is inside. So we now have to process a return and return the item to our local store. Suggestion to vendor - Add a photo of what the Customer actually receives - 2" Yellow foam. Explain a cover is not sold with the product and not sold separately. Explain if you want the one with a cover look at the 4" DUAL Layer product.

Best thing ever

We recently purchased a new bed and did not get a pillow top because I thought a former bed would help my husbands back not hurt. Well, needless to say, it was uncomfortable. I bought this mainly because of the price because our bed is kind size and those can get pricy. Best purchase ever! It is like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend this bed. Also, we spilled a whole bottle of baby formula on it last night and it didn't soak of any of it. Which is a big plus because this happens from time to time and our little boys diaper also leaks sometimes.

A couple complaints but overall happy

The topper smelled for a few days upon opening. Not too bad. It also had some discoloration on one side...what looked like streaks...rust in color. I thought about returning it but didn't want to go through the hassle...especially since it was king size and very heavy to maneuver. I decided to keep it since it would never be seen under the mattress cover anyway. It is very comfortable for me. I am a back sleeper. However my husband wishes it was a little softer. He sleeps on his stomach. It did provide extra softness to our mattress which was what we were looking for.

My mother in law was having trouble sleeping on her new mattress. She said it was just too hard. So, I bought her this mattress topper and she is sleeping like a baby. She 90 years old and she was so uncomfortable that she just hurt all of the time. Now, she is so happy and feels so much better. I have a topper, thicker than this one, and I love mine. My husband even tells me how much he loves it. He was having trouble with his knee but the topper has helped him feel so much better.

Love this memory foam topper!

I bought one of these toppers for a twin bed years ago and it remains very comfortable. When I was looking for a topper for my queen size bed, I bought 2 different brands that I had to return. On both of them, I just got way too hot. Then I checked on my twin topper, and was surprised to see the little logo tag on it. Went online and saw that Walmart carried them with free shipping. I quickly received it and am thrilled! The best part is that I do not get hot. This one is much firmer than the older, smaller, one that I have. I'm sure this one will 'soften' up as it gets used more. Very happy with this product!

Updated a firm mattress

I have a very firm but good mattress in the downstairs bedroom of my rental home. I am getting older and the mattress was proving to be a bit too firm especially after a day of skiing. This mattress is the perfect solution. It offers the comfort and support I need. It did not come with a cover but fit nicely under the mattress cover that was already on the bed. Also, it does not shift like some toppers tend to do. This was a great solution for a really good price.

It really is as good as it looks and sounds

There are always so many reviews about products and there are always bound to be ones that are negative just to be negative. I decided to trust the positive feedback more than the negative and bought this topper online since the price was considerably lower than other ones (I needed a queen sized one). When I opened it I did not discover any smell as some reviewers claimed there would be. The pamphlet that comes with the mattress topper also suggested there may be a smell that fades away but I honestly didn't discover one at all. The pamphlet also says it takes about 72 hours to reach full size since it is so compressed into the box. I watched mine gain shape just as soon as I unraveled it. It took a few minutes and it was good to go. It does not come with a cover but I find it sleeps fine right under my sheets. It is AMAZINGLY comfortably. It isn't too soft so you don't feel like you are sinking into nothingness. I like a little firmer because I need structure when I sleep and I find that this is a great in between of comfy soft yet firm so you don't wake up with a sore back. I definitely recommend this product hands down.

Happy to be in my bed again!

I got this topper in King size for my bed after reading all the good feedback on here. I was sleeping on the couch for months because my bed was just to hard and cramped me up. I"m happy to say I"m sleeping back in my bed now, and it is pure Heaven. I got it home, laid it out on the bed for a few hours and it was ready to go. This mattress topper is the best if you need some comfort and a good nights sleep. The 2 inch is perfect size thickness. If your looking for a good night's sleep and need a foam topper, look no more because this is it! Happy to be sleeping good and in my own bed. The only down fall for this product is you will Not want to get out of bed! Love it, Love it!

HAVE HAD THIS TOPPER FOR YEARS!!

I can give a VERY experienced review on this product! I have been researching foam mattresses lately and stumbled upon this topper. the name sounded vaguely familiar so I looked at the tag on our king size foam topper- and this is it! we bought this topper YEARS ago at our local sam's club, for about the same price I see here on Walmart.com. we LOVE ours. years of sleeping on it, and it is still wonderful and like new. the 2" is plenty thick enough for us. I won't say what I weigh :) but my husband weighs 250lbs and he is very comfortable on it. we put it on top of a somewhat cheap, firm, innerspring mattress to make it softer and it does the job well. it can make a crummy old mattress feel new again. the only thing is, if we do end up buying a new memory foam mattress (and new foundation) I can't bear to part with this topper. the rest of the bed will go to goodwill, I don't care, but I just CAN'T get rid of this topper. we loved it years ago when we bought it and we still love it now. hmm.. I may end up putting it on TOP of the new mattress we get- foam on top of foam. :) if you are on the fence about buying this- go for it. we LOVE ours.

No complaints, may try 3" topper.

The Sleep Innovations 2" Memory Foam Mattress Topper arrived 8 days quicker than the expected date. I let it expand for 4 days, and I've slept on it for 4 nights so far. My mattress is in fair/good condition, but too firm for my comfort. The 2" mattress topper makes a considerable improvement. It relieves most of the pressure pain I experience when I sleep on my back. I decided on a 2" topper because other reviewers suggested a thicker topper wasn't necessary. I also knew I could add a 1 or 2" topper, but you can't reduce a 4" topper! I think I may add another inch or maybe a down featherbed to obtain optimal comfort.

Great Memory Foam Topper

I purchased this 2" Memory Foam Topper based on all the positive reviews it received, and now I am one of those that can give a positive review. Our mattress is starting to get up there in years, but we're not quite ready or in the financial position to purchase a new king size mattress. Thought that a topper might "hold us over" for a bit longer. Had been waking up with backaches before, but now that we have the memory foam we're sleeping great and NO backaches!! Compared to other topper prices this one is definitely more affordable and like other reviewers have said the 2" is plenty. Would definitely purchase another.

This is my third time buying one of these

I got the dual one for my sons bed and it is really soft and he likes it but I prefer this one and it is the best one I have ever found. I bought this brand about ten years ago so I knew I wanted to buy another one since it was so good. I am so glad I found it. The one I had before did come with a zip up cover and now they do not but it is ok. The cover that comes with it now is just to protect it during shipping not for use on the bed that I know of as some people were talking about the cover that came with it on other reviews. The sheet goes over it anyway and it is not that easy to tear up as some other brands are. It takes the pressure off your joints and makes the mattress seem like new. I had no trouble with smells. The first one I bought was given to a friend since my mattress at the time did not need a topper and I gave her my old bed that did need one. My mattress began to need one this year and what a relief. The two inch is just fine. I sleep so much better now.
