The hammock was too long for the frame. When you got in the hammock it dragged on the ground.

Very disappointed. Ropes stretched so much when attempting to sit that your body hits the ground, regardless of weight of the adult. Will try to return.

The panel boards holding the hammock looked moldy and old. The hammock itself had no hold, so when you attempt to sit in it or lie down, you end up touching the ground. Wayfair was helpful & sent a replacement, but the hammock problem was the same. Seems to be a faulty product. Wayfair should remove it.

It was so easy to put together! Took less then ten min! Didn’t even need instructions honestly! I love it, I use it daily! I love how comfortable it is and I can take the cover off and wash it easy! Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice hammock!

Staying with Lowes Rope Hammock

I have been buying hammocks for about 30 years. I usually bought from Lowes, but tried another one and it did not work well. The ropes on the other product were too stretchy, and when kids sat in it the ropes would open and their legs or other body parts would fall through. I like rope hammocks because the wind will go through. I had a solid hammock, but the wind would start whipping it around and then pull the stand over.

The rope used to make this hammock stretches. It's almost like a very thick yarn. This might seem like a good thing until you get into the hammock and find yourself almost touching the ground with your knees nearly touching your face --even when the hammock is stretched between trees as tight as it goes. I didn't even try to lie in it -- this is what I saw when my 120 pound teenager laid down in it. I am returning the hammock. Will try to find a quality hammock like our old one with sturdy, good quality rope.
