New Sink

It is not as deep as others but is very wide and long so still holds a lot. Quiet with the buffers. Make sure your cabinet is large enough.

Many better options!

I can only imagine there are better options than this. I dislike this sink so very very much. It's been 18 months and I'm so angry that it's virtually impossible to replace with the installment of our new counters. The angle of the sink doesn't work at all. It doesn't drain from the sides and corners, so we have to spray it out every time. The drain has holes that are ludicrously spaced. We had a plumber install it and come back to see if he could improve it -- twice. We still have to use a chopstick to dislodge debris regularly. The wire rack/grate provided has little rubber feet that come off constantly; we put them back on for almost a year and now have given up hope. That rack gets so grungy after about a day. Impossible to clean. Wish like hell I'd ordered something deeper and more intelligently designed before putting under my granite counter tops!

This sink does not disappoint

Beautifully packaged and this sink is heavy! The finish is exactly what I wanted and expected. The gauge means it will not easily dent and the finish will not readily show scratches and if they occur, they will blend. I love the drain cover and rack as well. It even comes in a protective draw string bag! Just need to decide on counters before installing.

Warped bottom

I had waited 9 years to finally get enough money to do renovation, and I was exited to get the sink since I thought it was really pretty and looks upscale. The sink did not arrive on time and I didn’t have to time look at it. My contractor installed it and then I realized the bottom of the sink is warped! It’s not flat! but I just had it installed with new countertop and I don’t know what I can do at this point! I will have to look at unflat sink until I can figure out a solution. Be aware !

A great sink! Comes with a grate for in the bottom of the sink. Love the size and the depth is just what I needed to fit my existing drains.

Love it

I chose this because of the very narrow depth, to minimize bending over at the sink. It is a little expensive and maybe there are other less expensive options but I'm super happy, the quality is very nice. Rounded inside edges may not be as cool as newer tight radius or zero radius sinks, but they are easier to clean. I did have an issue with the mounting hardware which was resolved by widening the hole a little bit. I damaged at least one of the mounts while hammering in, but was able to still install by putting the screw in and then hammering the screw.

Just have too get used to the drain dish side will get wet every time you use the other side, especially if using a spray. Love the deep 9" area. conceals dishes that need to be washed...LOL

That it comes with a strainer and sink grid.

I just picked it up. It's not installed yet. I have to return the additional sink grid that I purchased and when the strainer comes in I will have to return it too.

DEX 33 Sink Best Ever!

I have received installed my new DEX 33" sink. I had a couple hiccups with some missing parts and Kraus didn't disappoint. They are very Easy to get a hold of they responded to all my needs fast and went out of their way to help me get my new sink complete. You guys are awesome! I couldn't be any happier thanks again

Great Sink, great quality. Wanted a wider sink with more shine and good drainage (my neighbor had a rectangular sink and said the drainage was not agreat design). Bought this to replace a 6-year old smaller sink. Also bought a sink grate separately since it did not come with it. Although it comes scratch resistant, I read in one reviews that the sink can scratch. Can’t say for sure the shine will remain but I like the installed look. I installed an in-sink-grinder so I did not use the drain that came with the sink. It also came with an oven mit and trivet. If you are a DIY’er make sure you have plumbers putty for the drain install. Happy so far!

This product is excellent for my kitchen, it made my kitchen very classy because it's different from regular sinks. Also it keeps my countertop dry because water doesn't run on the sides.

Production quality is very good and big enough. but please pay more attention to the interior size and depth size too , it is not easy find others to fit the hole which already cut if you don 't like it .

Great depth & sound dampening! I love my new single compartment sink! I was nervous the garbage disposal wouldn't fit, but it did. The ONLY difference in having a single hole sink vs double, IMO, is that it drains a little slower, but not enough to complain about it.

Shape is not rectangular!

We just had this sink installed today on brand new quartzite counters, and I had the countertop crew use the template, straight out of the box to cut the quartzite. Much to my dismay, this sink is not a true rectangular shape. It is slightly curved on the top and bottom of the rectangle. I can now tell from pics that other customers have installed this sink under a straight cut that hides the curves in the undermount. I’m so upset that our beautiful quartzite it forever cut with curves when I wanted straight sides. I’m so mad at myself that I didn’t even check it more closely before I had it installed. Beware of this sink if you want a true rectangular shape. I know nothing else about the sink yet as to its quality or performance since we won’t have it hooked up to water until tomorrow, but wanted to post this review about the shape of the sink.

We needed a new undermount stainless steel kitchen sink to complete our kitchen Quartz countertop upgrade. This unit met our dimension requirements. It 16 gauge & zero radius design really works for us.

Stains upon first use-terrible stainless steel.

I have water conditioning to a superior level. Softening system, bacterial system, and other. I have had it for about 8 days. The sink shows water spots like no other SS sink I've ever had. Could it be due to the circular sanding? I don't know....Go with a different sink unless you like wiping water out of the sink no less than 10 times a day, with a microfiber cloth and polishing using the recommended product every single night. In no way did i expect this. Wish I had of bought a Blanco!!!

Exceeded my expectations

This sink exceeds my expectations! I love it, so easy to clean and looks beautiful. The drain plugs are perfect and I appreciate that they were included with the sink. I also love the 60-40 split and like that the smaller sink is shallower than the big one.

Love it!

This is my dream sink. Wide, deep, clean edges, modern look. We couldn't use the basket strainer because we installed a disposal, but we love the bottom grid. The one thing I haven't been able to get used to is that the bottom is flat, things (food, soap, etc.) don't just wash down to the drain easily like with my old sink...you have to spray everything towards the drain.
