Beautiful & Easy Installation
Our remodel required a ductless vent and this unit is very sleek and matched beautifully with the ZLINE gas stove top. ZLINE charcoal filters (2 pack item CF1) are purchased separately and snap onto each side of the blower motor accessible behind the removable grills. Hangs on wall and plugs into standard 110 outlet. This is my first experience with black stainless so only 4 stars until durability of finish is assessed over time.
Set up for this range hood was super easy, just a couple screws. The ducting was trimmable which was good because we only have 8ft ceilings. Controls are simple. Fan isn’t too loud, and we like the timer function to shut off after 15 minutes or so (I hate when I realize I left the fan on!) lights are nice and tilt. Grates are easy to remove for cleaning. Black stainless steel finish is very pretty and easy to clean with a stainless steel cleaner and soft cloth.
