Poor build and shipping damage

returned first unit with damage to base even though box was pristine. Second unit had hidden damage that I repaired after receiving a discount upon inspection in store. Unit had more damage when I got it home, but decided to proceed with installation. Particle board interior and very poor design and construction make this item not great.

Sink is awesome. The handle is great and the quality of the stainless sink is perfect. The sink and cabinet and faucet quality is more than I expected. I just love it.

Sink and cabinet itself are great and would be 5 stars but the included faucet is a piece of junk so overall 4 stars. Delivery was faster than initially promised, so very happy with that!

Would not recommend.

Product was on back order for months. Once assembled the cabinet is wobbly. The fastener locks don't seem to pull in tight. Not solid like other ready to assemble cabinets I have had. Front panel was a gray color rather than stainless as I expected and has a chip on the edge. I was told that I had been sent the wrong product and would need to do a complete return. Rather than take it apart and send it back I added some cabinet support and will trim the front panel to hide the chip.

Good Residential Inside Utility Sink

Overall 4 Star - Good for what I wanted/needed

Absolutely horrible. not worth the price. Cheaply made. Came damaged. The doors had been installed wrong white painting on the inside. I have never seen anything like this. I am surprised Wayfair allows this product to sell for 800 bucks. I through it out in the garbage got a refund. Buyers be wear.

Very pleased with the self contained unit for my utility bathroom. It went together fairly easily and is nicer than expected for the price. The faucet included is an added bonus. This was a fast and inexpensive solution to finish off the space. Did not include the ptrap and either missed this in the description or it wasn't in the description.

Looks ok. But, total nightmare to assemble. Seriously, like 100\- different parts, screws, and a long list of required tools needed to assemble. I spent more to have my handyman assemble it then I spent buying it! It took a professional four hours to assemble the crazy thing!

Great little utility sink

Love this utility sink. Very easy to install. I thought it was a little too low so I bought some 1X6 pine to make a platform not realizing that the cabinet comes with its own platform. Unfortunately the platform was only 4” high which would not be high enough for my purpose so I’m glad I bought the 1X6. Other than that we love the sink and cabinet.

High Functioning & Versatile

This is a highly functional utility sink with accessories. The size of the sink is perfect for washing your hair to washing pets, to cleaning paintbrushes and hand washing delicate items. This is a 4 star review due to the item arriving with cosmetic damage and the manufacturer/directions booklet corresponded to a different (base) model. The information about the accessories was missing and the pictures of the item parts did not match the model I purchased. We missed placing the magnetic strip on the back of the sink during install, but it’s a sizable and highly functional sink for our small laundry room. I love that the spout allows one to screw on a hose. That’s ingenious!!! When it comes to washing a pet, I’d recommend getting a vinyl bath mat to place in the sink so your pet’s claws won’t scratch or damage the piece. It definitely elevated the laundry room.

Quality Sink Cabinet and all in one product.

The quality is exceptional. Easy to install and the price is competitive with like models but this is convenient and delivered to the door. Mine actually replaced the old cruddy tub in my garage and it really dresses up the space. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase.

Impossibly low water flow

The look and function of the cabinet are satisfactory, but the integral faucet is a misery with water barely flowing out. Had a plumber come out to troubleshoot. Water pressure to the integral water supply lines is fine, but the supply lines are so minute that it restricts the flow of water until it is barely usable.

We were looking for something a little nicer than the leaky utility tub that was in our garage...our plumber, James at TLC suggested we take a look at this one. So glad he did. We are very pleased with our purchase...we had to order it and then do a curb pick up at homedepot; and the box just fit in the trunk of our Mini! James did a great job of installing it for us. We are very pleased and would recommend this unit without hesitation.

Good Quality Laundry Room Sink

Perhaps I am old fashioned, but for $450 I would think better quality might be found. We originally wanted a deeper laundry sink, but the only way to get that is without a lower enclosed cabinet. Unfortunate. Secondly, we did get the stainless steel, and although not real heavy stainless, is much better than our past ugly acrylic. We like the faucet, and it fills in ok as we used the prior spray nozzle on the old unit a lot. Upon opening the shipping box, one lower back corner of the cabinet was busted, that is the screws that hold the panels together were not inserted properly and particle board only breaks out. We decided to fix it and glue it as best as possible. It is on the backside, so you dodged a bullet and did not send it back. Finally the supply lines are a bit short, and that is partly because the faucet piece mounts either on the left or right, and will not reach a supply valve. I had to add an additional piece of supply line to make it work..

Modern, solid, easy to install

We installed this sink today and it's perfect. It was mostly assembled upon arrival and the remaining instructions were easy to follow. It is solid and looks clean and modern in our renovated laundry room. Plumbing was straightforward and no leaks. The faucet is neat, in that the entire neck is like a bendy straw. Love everything about this sink.

[Rewarded Review] Flimsy construction

Item is constructed with particle board and cam locks--like in cheap self-assembly shelves or furniture one would buy at a discount big box retail store. Very flimsy and wobbly. Only two small screws attach base to rest of cabinet. I added more for durability. I had to add corner braces to the walls and floor to keep it square. I was expecting more quality for the price.

Quick fix for a small laundry room!

Very nice quality stainless steel faucet. Not cheap. Love the stainless steel sink which seems bigger than it is! Nice little cabinet with hardware below. Easy to hook up to our pre-existing plumbing. This was a perfect addition to our little laundry room. Functional, looks nice, not too big, and easy for my husband to install. Came with all the needed parts.
