Did not receive my item in the mail maybe a package thief because it’s this time of the year item was never received. Spoke with customer service. They said the security team review my case and went ahead and denied my request for a replacement or refund. I am not too happy about my first time experience, ordering from Wayfair

Door came in perfect condition with plastic on both sides of glass for protection. Looks beautiful. Did take some effort to mount so I would consider hiring someone to hang door unless you are pretty handy and have select tools. Very satisfied with this purchase. I used it for a door to a closet I made into a wine cellar.

Gorgeous door! It gets so many compliments. I love it! I have a privacy shade on the other side for guests to use. Perfect!

Was not able to use the door due to its thickness. Not thick enough to hang on the hinges I have in place. Otherwise it seemed okay.

This is an excellent door! Keep in mind its a slab door so you do have to put in some work to get it exactly how you want it but totally worth it. We had to plane the door a bit to get it to fit our doorway but wasnt super hard. Turned out perfect, we got it for our birds room so they can see us and our cats can see them haha. Its really great quality. 1010 recommend and also you could always have a professional install if you dont feel confident in doing it yourself.

I love this door! Using it for entry from kitchen to office and exactly what I envisioned. It will allow light and look classy! Was much less than other glass doors. This photo has the protector since we’re not finished construction.

We are so happy we bought this door. It closed off our laundry room well allowing light to come in to the rest of the home. It was a perfect fit, which was important because we had an opening already there, but the prior owners of our house had removed the door. We are glad that it fit perfectly. It was easy to install and it came in great condition. Thank you 

Instead of keeping my new laundry room hidden I decided to purchase these doors to give a totally different look. I will be adding vinyl lettering on it soon. Love it!!

Awesome office door. Able to see TV in living room from the office. Door is solid and shipped well.

The quality for this door is terrible, consider the price. Around the glass area you can see cracks on the wood and wood surface is not flat at all. I would return it, but can’t wait another week.

I love the door! I should have chosen a different pocket door frame though! The one I got got “said” it was soft close, but I can’t tell!

I'm glad this comes painted black from the factory as it was just what I needed! Receiving and installing the door was a breeze and quality was incredibly good!

Terrible

This item only qualifies for free shipped to the store so. The store unfortunately would not hold the item so that I could get a truck and go pick it up. I went to the store and made arrangements for them to hold it and the next day they returned it and I had to order a second one. the second one was damaged and had to be returned. The return process was a nightmare. I used to be so happy with Home Depot but I need to find a new place to shop.

I was pleased with the door until we received a quote to have it installed. $1,500! That’s expensive. Plus another carpenter wasn’t sure on how to install it.

We love the door. We had to cut 1 inch off for it to fit, but the installation was easy. We painted it and installed it now my wife is extremly happy. The door is between our living room and dining room, blocking our pets from our new leather furniture.

Perfect door, and the installers through Odessa made it fit great. No complaints, we love our glass door in our hallway.
