Fireplace fit perfectly into our existing space. Pretty much just plug in and GO! Came with a remote that didn't work but am awaiting a replacement from customer service. Great value!

Has changed my life. Just love it. Everyone thinks the flames are real.

We really like the fireplace, however half of the lights have gone out already. We only use it about 3 months out of the year.

Not worth the money

I bought this unit for my Mom's condo and after only 1 year, only half the log set showed a flickering flame. After much internet research and a lot of manual labor on our part, we discovered the the component which gives the illusion of a flame had broken off the rod which turns continuously inside the firebox. Not sure if this is even fixable. We are very disappointed in the quality of this product and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it.

Worked well all winter in a 500 square foot living room and it fit pretty good where our old one was. Over all pretty happy with it.

What a nice looking Fireplace. Decided to get away from the fake wood fireplaces. The setup was easy and the buying process was even better. This company is without a doubt the lowest on the internet. Even Amazon. If you find a higher price, they will fix you up. Only complaint, cannot get the temp numbers to read Fahrenheit. Followed the instructions but still could not get it to change. Small potatoes. Still get the heat.

Had this unit less than a year and now it doesn’t work. 12 emails and 5 phone calls to dimplex and still no response only a recording say they don’t have enough staff due to covid BS!!!! Don’t buy!!!

Great firebox!

We recently installed this firebox into a fireplace we built and its been great. We love how much heat we get from it- its perfect to warm up on bedroom on a cool evening. Its streamlined and I love the simple modern look to it as well!
