[Rewarded Review] Issues months after purchasing

Overall nice refrigerator with plenty of space, but it is already leaking after only 11 months of use. The freezer completely went out and it stopped making bottom ice and thawed all our food. Manufacturers warranty is also a pain to work with.

I totally recommend this refrigerator Samsung it’s very spacious it also has a lot of compartments for your fruits, vegetables, drinks etc …. the thing I mostly love about this refrigerator it’s the ice maker it has two separate side for small ice cubes and one for big ice cubes

Brand new, water and icemaker keep freezing up

Brand new machine and the ice make continues to freeze up, and water will not come out of the front dispenser. I have to unplug it and defrost it, then try again. Samsung had to send someone out, but they didn't have the parts, so 2-weeks later I still don't have a fridge. Still waiting on parts...

Worth the money

Is a great fridge. Tons of space, well designed. Rob from cabinet department help make the purchase some easy and was a great help in making the best decision.

Samsung deceptive advertising

Samsung deceptive advertising. They advertise a fridge compressor have 10 years warranty but refuse to honor their promise. Samsung train their support personnel to defuse the issues with their products and you end up in a vicious cycle for several weeks hoping that you forget about the warranty and move on.

Don’t let Lowe’s install your products!

Installers ruined our kitchen floor and caused $4000 of damage by allowing water to seep under a tile they has displaced.

The Worst Refrigerator I have ever owned

We bought this refrigerator in 2020. It is the WORST refrigerator I have ever owned. We had to call a repair man within the first 6 months because the ice maker kept freezing up and would stop making ice. I never write bad reviews, but I am so fed up with this refrigerator and don't want anyone else to purchase one. The ice maker freezes up every week or two and has been for the past few years. We have to take a hair dryer to it all the time to melt the ice to get the huge chucks to come out so that it will make ice again. DO NOT EVER BUT THIS BRAND OF REFRIGERATORS.

Disappointing

Had the fridge for about 10 days and so far, disappointed. Freezer works great, but the fridge won't cool to the advertised 34 degrees. It stays at about 40 degrees. So far can't get warranty service scheduled to look at the thermostat.

It worked only 10 months

We bought this fridge last January. It was a bit bigger then we hoped but still like it. We really liked the fact that you always have 2 type of fresh ice in the freezer.

Works great, looks great.

Overall very happy with this product, great refrigerators and quiet. Still leaning to use all the different settings and options as it’s very upgraded. The design is very sleak and looks expensive and clean I love it, the ice maker is amazing never had so much excitement for water and ice cube dispensing.
