Horrible fridge
I bought this about a year ago and for the past 4 months I've had to have technicians try to figure out why it raises the temp to 65. Ive had to toss all of my groceries about 5 times now. The techs come and tell me I am opening the fridge too much causing the fridge to get warm. I'm sorry am I just never suppose to open my fridge to get food out ? And also does this not seem abnormal to you? I don't know what to do i am still paying for a fridge that does not work. The tech recommended changing the motherboard. On a 1 year old fridge, changing the motherboard is a ridiculous thing to do that by the way, it costs approximately 600 dollars to do. Absolutely garbage of a fridge.
Incorrect measurements
This refrigerator is listed on your website as "counter depth". It's not. it's 33" deep.
Spacious
Lots of room in both the freezer and fridge compartments. Love the dual size ice option and shelving options work.

Love this fridge!
I love this fridge! It's very spacious. I was a bit unsure about having no handles but it looks very sleek and modern. I gave 4 stars because I noticed one of the shelves was cracked so I called the Brick and the customer service gentleman I spoke to asked for a picture by email and said they will send me out a new one. Everyone one has been really nice to deal with. Chris U. helped me with my purchase and he was great. He was very professional and worked with my budget and what I was looking for. He explained everything and followed up with me the day before my delivery. This fridge runs so quietly, you can barely hear it. It fits into my space nicely. It does come forward a little as it is not counter depth, but it's not by much. It's looks great! The lighting inside is also fantastic. It looks like LED lights. I can see everything. It is very easy to move around if you need to pull it out to clean behind. It glides very smoothly. The delivery guys were also really good. They had 8 deliveries before me and they arrived by 12pm. They send you a text with a link that you can track and see where they are at and how many deliveries are ahead of yours. I appreciate knowing how much time I have to do other things while I wait, so I thought that was fantastic. They were very cautious and respectful of my home as they took out the old fridge and when they brought in the new one. Based on my whole experience so far I would definitely buy more appliances from the Brick!
Do not buy
I bought this fridge in May 2024 from Lowe's. When the panels arrived, the door panels were missing a plastic peg that attached the panels to the refrigerator. I contacted customer service and was told that I needed to send the entire panel back to get the missing pegs. Since both only came with two although the instructions said three, I just moved forward and installed the panels. On the morning 9/26, I opened my freezer and all my frozen food was thawed out and the ice melted. Contacted customer service and did multiple trouble shooting, which required me to wait hours to see if the fridge would cool. It did not. Made an appointment with a technician for 10/4. On 10/2 I noticed that the fridge also stopped cooling so now all my food in the fridge has spoiled. Then I contacted customer service again to update the issue only to discover that they had my phone number incorrectly and that the technician had attempted to call me. After spending a lot of time chatting and calling was able to get a tech here on 10/4. Refrigerator could not be fixed because it is leaking out Freon and a part will need to be ordered. It is Friday so I will not have a fridge until sometime next week. It's been 8 days, I lost all my food in the refrigerator and freezer. Now I will have to wait another 3-4 days to get it fixed. Mind you that this fridge is only almost 4 months old. This is not a good quality product. Customer service is lacking. I now lost over $150 worth of food and will not have a fridge until next week.
Customer Service gave us the run around
We bought this refrigerator 2 years ago. We had a cooling issue with it that required a $650 repair on it. The samsung certified repairman told us because it was a cooling issue, we could qualify for compensation for lost groceries. We did all the steps to get a refund on the groceries we lost in a breakdown of this infant fridge.Samsung customer service seemed to be willing to provide the refund (confirmed that we qualified) but there was always another step to get the refrund itself. But we did it. Unpleased with it, we did everything that Samsung asked, spent a cumulative 2+ hours on the phone giving information and never received the refund that Samsung Care apparently issued. The first time I called to see where the refund was (to be issued via Zelle) they said "Oh yes, it was issued 20 minutes ago"....likely story, eh? Its been over a month and we still can not get a straight answer other than it was sent via zelle, but they will not confirm the details of it being sent. This customer service has left a terrible taste in our mouths and we will not be buying appliances from them again.

love my fridge but removing the film very annoying along the edges of the item. Also I am unable to get the entire film off freezer door handle as difficult to get inside the grooved area of the handle
Greaat fridge
This is our second major purchase from Leon and the fridge is outstanding. Exactly what we were looking for. The only downside is the fruit and veg drawers. There is no moisture control on them.
Home Depot representatives did a great job for me and I like the frig. Installed w/o a hitch and took old one away.
I would buy this again.

Door must be PUSHED closed. A big deal actually.
Great fridge in many ways. Integrated pitcher is REALLY nice. In retrospect no handles billed as sleek design now feels like cost cutting, and draws eyes to fingerprints. Recess behind freezer pull "handle" will collect lots of debris and sharp corners make it hard to clean. MOST ANNOYINGLY unlike every fridge I've owned the doors will not close on their own no matter the angle and MUST BE PUSHED CLOSED. In practice this actually turns out to be a big deal and is the one reason I wouldn't recommend the unit. The alarm will go off all the time and this is why the SmartThings phone app is essential because it will also notify you of this non-stop most every day, which while useful gets very old. I was on a business trip to Asia and my fridge door in Massachusetts alarm went off non stop and I had to text my kids to shut the fridge because we would lose all our food if left ajar over night (during a heat wave)! The interior could be much more brightly lit. Love the two sizes of ice cubes and the design of the ice maker is smart with fewer moving parts than others so should stand the test of time. Compressor, we will see, but it's not going to be like the avacado green Kenmore in my mother's basement that's been running like a champ since 1985! This is in fact my biggest gripe with all modern refridgerators.

Really happy with it so far
I’m only 2 months in so I can’t speak to the longevity yet but this fridge is my new favorite appliance. It’s spacious, quiet, well lit and the beverage center has been more useful than I expected. I’ve received several complements for how nice the matte grey looks. Everyone is surprised to hear that it’s a Samsung, that’s probably the only downside so far

Great fridge
We wanted a fridge without all the bells and whistles and this is the one. It does have an ice maker with is fine. I can say in this short time we've had it, the produce is staying fresher longer than in our Whirlpool fridge. That fridge was 5 yrs old and had to be repaired a year ago and broke again. Of course nothing is covered under the warranty after 1 year unless it deals with the cooling system. Everything in the freezer went rock hard and the fridge part no longer cooled. To me that was part of the cooling system but Whirlpool said no. I'm really hoping we have better success with the Samsung as fridges aren't cheap.
