This looks amazing. We love it. More importantly both Wayfair and Zline took great care of us with customer service as we had some challenges with installation. They were EXCEPTIONAL in helping us.

The range hood looks very nice in our kitchen. It has very good venting power. However the fan is quite loud and the metal inside of the hood is thin. Need to handle it very carefully otherwise your hand could get cut.

Poor customer service

I purchased the Z Line range hood for installation on a high-class yacht. The hood was delivered by UPS. They do not wait around for you to open and inspect all packages. Two weeks later, I personally delivered the unopened box to my yacht and opened it. There was a small dent in the front corner.

We just installed this 2 weeks ago and I must say very happy with our purchase. Premium Home Source had the best pricing available online. Happy we found you! Took a little extra time for delivery since we're in out in the middle of no where but driver eventually found us

Love the look and performance of the hood range.

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.

I ordered this range hood and it was delivered promptly. It is stunning! It has beautiful workmanship and is of high-quality stainless steel. The pounded copper is expertly added and, once installed, will look wonderful in my kitchen. Unfortunately, FedEx damaged the box that it was in and caused several small dents in the hood. I called ZLINE and spoke with their customer service representative who was friendly, understanding, and very willing to work with me. The problem was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. Throughout this entire process, ZLINE kept in touch with me through email and phone calls. How refreshing to find a company willing to stand behind their product - even when they did not cause the damage. Thank you!

DOES NOT LOOK LIKE REAL COPPER

The quality of the range hood is good, but it does not look like hammered copper at all. It is "painted" a copper color with black dots. It is not at all like I envisioned and I waws shocked when I opened the box. Be sure to enlarge the picture as large as you can so that you know what you are getting. Mine had more black than the photo showed and if it had been easier to return it, I would have. I purchased a silver hood cover replacement to use instead.

Range Hood and Range looks amazing.

First time ordering through this company, really couldn't find any reviews online so I was a little worried at first. But my range hood and range I ordered they look amazing in my kitchen! Just received the items 2 days later after stated. However, I'd buy again from them and would recommend.

Wonderful product

This product is industrial standard and for commercial purposes. We installed it in our kitchen. Works wonderful.

36" Outdoor/Wall Range Hood (TRHS796-304-36) LED

I purchased this hood in June 2016 for my pool house. The hood is sturdy and appears well built. It works well if just grilling for our family of 3 or 4 when my mom is with us. It will probably handle food for about 8 people. However, it doesn't handle the smoke well when my hubby is grilling for a large group of people like around 20. Maybe I should have gotten a larger hood, but since my grill is only 30", it seemed appropriate to get the 36". The LED lights are nice and has tolerated the heat coming of our grill which gets hot quick!!!

Best Purchase

We couldn’t be more pleased with this range hood…it looks even better than it’s picture…the black strap around bottom and the black ceiling molding compliment and contrast this textured copper and black range hood giving it a contemporary and unique look. We looked around for a long time. This hood looks so much better than the ones we saw for thousands more. It is the focal point of our kitchen. I can’t tell you how many people have told us how amazing it looks…so different from the usual stainless steel that most model homes and homeowners use. The hood’s motor is quiet and efficient. It arrived quickly…we received excellent customer service.

Great Industrial look and function!

I bought this item on 6/2016 for our newly remodeled (modern style) kitchen. It looks amazing! I do have wolf stove/oven 6 gas burner...It works great with that.
