I returned this simply because the speaker in the crown sound wasn't worth the extra cost. If our kitchen was closed off, I think it would be a great addition but we have a big echo-y great room with high ceilings and this little speaker just wasn't going to cut it. I would pay a lot more for premium speakers - the idea is really great. Great looking hood - ultimately went with the same hood without crown sound.

We just installed this 2 weeks ago and I must say very happy with our purchase. Premium Home Source had the best pricing available online. Happy we found you! Took a little extra time for delivery since we're in out in the middle of no where but driver eventually found us

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.

Super Hood Vent

I bought this and installed it myself. It was overall very easy. Just have to figure out where you want it placed abouve the cooktop. The looks are very nice. Used it for a month or so and the fans speeds are more than I expected. The high fan speed works really well if you have created a lot of fumes. Overall it was a great deal for the price.
