Be careful when you buy this product

Please be careful; as soon as you get it, please check if all functions are working when you buy this product. I bought it and found that the hand gesture function does not work! I called Lowes, and they basically told me they could not help, so I'm out of luck! and told me to reach out to the manufacturer. I tried, but there was no response from them. I called Lowes again, and they told me they could not help and to reach out to Social Media to get help. I'm now stuck with a brand-new product that does not function. It has been only 2 weeks since I got it, and I have been trying to get some help since I got it to get it fixed. Lowes also told me that if Lowes did not install it, they would not fix it. I tried to explain that it was a function within the unit that was not working, not that the whole unit had malfunctioned. They said, 'Thank You for calling Lowes,' and dropped my call. I would not recommend buying this product

Excellent power, lighting, odor clearing

We use this ducted. It works great. Clears odors nicely. It does get noisy at top speed, but we expected this.

Man this thing is awesome! As far as function goes turning off and on with the wave of your hand is a HIGHLY USEFUL feature! It's also pretty quite as hood vents go but powerful as all get out! No smoke gets past this thing on high. Can't say enough good things!

What I liked. The unit worked great lots of power good lighting. Attractive. Noise level was far less than l expected.

Wave doesn't work well

I'm not sure what to say about this except it's very loud on all speeds. My contractor made it ductless and I'm not sure that was a good idea. Not sure why he did that because the attic is just above the unit. In any case, our smoke detector goes off nearly every time we cook, despite the "powerful" ventihood. The wave function either doesn't work at all or only minimally. The lights are rather cool, not warm and not particularly helpful. Need to use the remote to get it to work. It looks nice but that shouldn't be the only virtue.

Works great. Looks beautiful if you install it correctly.

This vent should be fully integrated into your cabinet and not visible from outside. Otherwise there is no point of buying one in this style. I don't understand why so many people built a really ugly case outside it and make it a standalone statement piece....

Loud but Works great

A little loud on level 1 but works great. Keeps house fresh and cooking smells out.

Very powerful

This unit is very powerful. Whether you have it on setting 1, 2, 3 or 4, you can for sure bet you can get rid out any smoke. Only wish it was a little quieter on settings 3 and 4

Fantastic range hood

Very happy so far with this range hood. Well made, sturdy and beautifully designed. Lights are bright.

Low profile. Easy to install looks good. Fairly quiet. Light works good. Fan is strong.

I love the hands free feature and the easy to clean filters. The stainless looks beautiful in my new kitchen renovation.

It’s 900 CFM, It will have noise. Not that loud for what it is. It works as promised!

The hood was super easy to install, works really well. The noise is not as bad as other reviews have said.

Very Loud

It is well beyond the sound level listed on low. 70db or more. It looks nice but the sound level is crazy.

The good points: one of the few exhaust fans that would work with the wooden shroud that is part of our cabinets.

Stopped working after a week. Tried to contact the manufacturer that makes it and they are almost impossible to get ahold of. Sent an email of situation and never had a response back. I do not recommend this product

Great Product at a Great Price. But, I’m on here to rave about the customer support! One of the screws came loose on a latch I imagine when I was cleaning and reached out hoping to get a response. Immediately got a response back from my first email. Not only are they sending me the parts they even update you on when you should be receiving them!
