Fan is louder than expected even at low speed. UI is utterly confusing and non intuitive. Default fan on is hi-speed. Stove light is one brightness only. No ability to dim display for night mode as it is so bright it lights up whole kitchen.

The Cosmo 30” range hood has been a great addition to our remodeled kitchen. Touch controls are easy to use.

Center if attention

I purchased this a month ago when Hurricane Beryl came through. I had a power surge and several of myights and appliances fried. Not enough for insurance though. I purchased the Cosmo range hood as a replacement for the Cosmo range hood I had. I liked it when i first got it, so i carried that like to this new one. I like the design, the clean lines, the quiet fan and for the fact it looks good in my kitchen. The removable filters are great and easy to temove and put back.

Love the look!

This is really the focal point of my kitchen remodel. It is stunning and it works great! We are DIYers so my honey really took his time measuring and rechecking everything before he drilled into my new tile. He also watched installation videos.

Dissapointing experience: noisy and hassle-prone

we regretfully purchased this hood hoping to enhance my kitchen expetience, but it's been nothing but a headache. from the get-go, it has emitted a loud, erratic noise, it sounds something might be broken. besides the blue nylon covering the unit is a nightmare to remove, leaving behind a sticky residue. save yourself the hours trying to remove it.

Great features

I bought this online and received yesterday. We got it installed today and it works fabulously! I love the stylish look and the design! It is way quieter than my old one that went through cabinets.

Great value, gorgeous look

After researching hoods a while, looking to get something that looked good, worked well, and wasn't too expensive, I settled on this hood and it was a great decision. The hood looks fantastic, install was straightforward (although I relied on the manufacturer's YouTube video vs their printed instructions), and it has a lot of suction power. It has both steel baffles, and two charcoal filters to thoroughly clean the fumes before recirculating.

Looks good but…Beware the clock is very bright LEDs, can’t be turned off, can’t use as a timer. I put a piece of black adhesive over it. Also, LED down lights are the blue tent lights. No adjustment (my under cabinet lights have an easy button to select blue/yellow tent or natural). Makes food look grayish and contrast my under cabinet lights. Also no brightness adjustment for low, medium, high. Too late to do something else after it’s installed. Wish I would have found someplace to view it plugged in.

Sleek and Stylish Range Hood

The hood is an essential touch that brought my kitchen all together. It works great and is elegant looking. I think it looks very beautiful in my kitchen and complimented the backsplash and other features very well. Great wall mount range hood!

Beautiful Elegant Modern Design

I purchased the Cosmo Wall Mounted Range Vent Hood (model #COS-668A750) to pair with a new Bertazzoni 30” gas range, as an alternative to their boxy matching Bertazzoni vent hood and couldn’t be happier! Our ceilings were in the 8’ range and the Cosmo offered us the most flexibility in getting the optimal height to range top positioning. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is due to the pics showing multi-colored (orange and blue) push button control illuminated indicators. Mine are only illuminated with in blue. Cosmo should add an option of either white, red or orange, as “electric blue” is becoming less of a stylish color choice!

I love my Cosmo Range Hood. It has great suction and it removes all the food order from my house while I’m cooking. I absolutely love and recommend this brand. I am extremely happy with my purchase. My son installed it with my help in holding it only. It was very easy to install, anyone with common sense can do it.

Easy Install and a great modern look

Modern looking with great features. Great price and free delivery. After I removed the old range hood the install of this one was a breeze and completed in about an hour. Most of the install was done by myself, but it was easier to install on the wall hooks with my wife holding the other side. Removing the blue protective plastic is tedious but not hard. I highly recommend using rubber gloves when installing the stainless steel as it will get hard to remove fingerprints on it. With some fingerprints on it I found that my Stainless Steel cleaner worked best rather than a window cleaner.

Nice and clean simple opporation

We needed an outside vent hood for gas range and remove the recirculating microwave combo. Cosmo had good reviews on line for the price. It really does a good job cleaning the air even when cooking hot peppers. Easy operations and easy to clean. Really like how it turned out.

The installation manual is incomplete. The unit comes with 11 wall screws,

Looks great!

We bought the wall-mounted range hood 1 month ago. The installation was fairly straightforward, especially compared to the over the range microwave I had installed previously. Once I had the electrical outlet placed properly (i.e., so it would be hidden behind the range hood chimney because we don't have cabinet above) and the brackets were lined up properly and fixed to the wall, the range hood was quite easy to install. I did opt to use a standard gauge 6 inch stainless steel pipe to connect to the ductwork instead of the flexible pipe that came with the Cosmo range hood. Overall, the range hood looks great and is working just fine so far. It is not as noisy as some other range hoods and over the range microwaves we have had in the past so that is a bonus.

This is a good looking range hood that does the job well. The soft touch buttons are easy to operate. However, the clock is very wonky--it has a tendency to slowly fall behind so that it ends up lagging several minutes and we have to keep adjusting it forward to the correct time. I don't know how they messed this up! The other minor annoyance is that the blue protective film was very hard to remove and little bits remain stubbornly in some of the crevices. It's also a bit loud but not excessively compared to other range hoods.

Extremely disappointed, would not buy again

This is a replacement for the IKEA range hood that unfortunately did not fit height wise.

It looks cool. Functions okay. Fan is too loud for the section it serves. I wouldn't install it over 30 inches from cooking surface, to give it a chance. Also wished the default speed could be set. It always goes to highest speed first. Timer function is good. Hood Installation needs to be improved. The brackets are pain to get right for the inner and outer hood. I just hanged the inner hood somehow and left the bottom one resting on chimney.

Great Cosmos ductless exhaust fan

Purchased and installed this myself. Easy to install and directions were easy to follow and product looks great. Includes the carbon filter as it is mounted on an inside wall. Works great, looks great, lights are very bright. Product was as described and expected. Like the option of the three speed fan. We purchased the 30" model and it looks Great. I like the three speed fan as it is not very noisy. Highly recommend if you are in need of a new exhaust hood.
