Screen locks up

The screen will lock up from time to time and I need to reset the breaker when it does this. Is there a software update available for the control panel?

Display screen locks

Display screen locks for no apparent reason. Have had appliance fixed but the problem still occurring. Bought in Sept 2023. Repaired Feb 2024. Problem still occurs. Only recourse is to turn off appliance at the circuit board to reset it. This is not an isolated incident. I have searched and found this is a common problem. GE I want a new unit that works please.

Work horse of an oven

It’s a great oven. We use it almost daily. No issues 2 years in!

Great product, but overpriced at regular price

So far it has exceeded our expectations. Granted, I got a really good deal on this oven and even then it’s not cheap. I would most definitely not spend full price on this oven! If you can get it for 30% off or more, then it’ll be worthy of your consideration unless you’ve got money to burn. The WiFi connectivity isn’t really all that helpful except for maybe the software updates (of which I had one so far). The auto menu is actually quite helpful

We are very impressed with the versatility of this oven. I highly recommend it as a second oven or your primary microwave. It does it all!!

Most unreliable appliance ever!

I bought this 15 months ago and the oven has already broke down. I am waiting for diagnosis. I bought previous model 5.5 yrs to prior to that and it died. It could not be repaired. $6k in 7 years!!! I should have bought different oven after the first one died but wife liked advantium features. Do not buy this oven!!

I like the versatility of this oven and the various features to let me toast my morning bagels and reheat my lunch with the same device. I do need to find a storage place for the wire rack when using the microwave because it is tall.

Love the Wi-Fi updates, never have to reset the clock during power outages, and the quick pick buttons are really intuitive. I use it as a second oven when we are cooking for a lot of people. As an oven or microwave/ both work really well!

The perfect upgrade.

Perfect replacement for basic microwave provided by builder of new home without any alterations. No alteration was needed for cabinet install or electrical. I love it!

Don't waste your money

This item is a waste of money. It does not cook anything faster, its to slow and pretty useless for anything more then a microwave.
