Is there a Lemon Law for appliances?

This is a beautiful appliance. But it arrived in 12/22 with dents in the top panel, a broken interior light and corrosion on the knobs.Their customer service was excellent at the time; but they changed their format. I’m still waiting to hear from them; I started emailing on October 28.The flames blow to the sides of the pots, igniters click randomly and don’t stop until I shut everything off; the knobs need potholders at times .The ceramic interior of the oven is NOT holding up at all!

The item and big and has a lot of burners so it helps cook a lot of items

The Forno Caspriana 6 burner sealed gas range with electric oven is a joy to use. Communication with the company and delivery were smooth.

Bought this range a year ago it looks great the only thing is my oven stopped working. I’m giving it a 3 star.

This gas range looks and cooks very nicely. Love it. Just missing a timer for cooking, but will get use it not having one.

Beautiful Gas Stove! Just what I was looking for. All the burners have the same BTU capability and they are all sealed brass burners!

If you love your family

From day one we had problems, they are unresponsive, they dont answer the phone and it took 5 months for them to respond via email, the product is trash. Every bad review please believe it. Knobs run hot, faulty wire. Made our carbon monoxide go off when we use the oven, for your family sake buy more reliable responsible product. I have to put the word out to save other family lives. We could have died and their response was you are out of warranty. How about make a more responsible product.

Good range, but burners not great.

Brass burners stain easily and stain is impossible to remove.

Damaged upon arival

I sure hope they will stand behind their product. Looks great other than the broken slide for the rack. We will have to wait and see how the customer service is.

having a problem since installed.. oven goes on randomly and since day one burners are not cooperative.. trying to get service

6260-36 Gas Range

Excellent gas range, perfect BTU’s for home use, oven is perfect, nice and heavy duty

Great product at 30 Days out

36" Capriasca Gas Range (6 Burner): No Major issues to date; less the top rack rolling mechanism did not hold together when removing it to relocate it, which we believe is minor and expect that it can easily be resolved. Delivery/ install went without a hitch. NOTE: The unit was well packaged. My favorite feature is that all 6 burners produce 20,000 BTU's!

So good, so far.

We're looking forward to using our new range. So far I haven't reported any issues that really need service, although I do have an issue with the oven door which I will be submitting soon.

Arrived broken

When our range arrived the oven knob was broken off and a few other knobs where loose.
