Most effective hood I've ever had

Easy installation. Nice looking design. Working like a charm - we have a pretty efficient 10ft run to the outside w 1 90degree bend. It's wonderful to be able to sear and fry without smelling up the whole house. Lighting is very helpful

Well build but really loud

I bought Zline because of a positive experience with their drawer microwave. However, the hood does not do justice to the marketing. The motors are supposed to last a lifetime and be 'whisper quiet' yet the hood is noisier (69DB - that is over 13 sones) than our vent a hood from 20 years ago. Both Zline and Range hood customer support keep asking for more videos and sound measurements and are walking back from their marketing claims. The Zline tech is no match for more modern hoods that are quieter and more efficient ( about 7-10db quieter) Look elsewhere, do your research and avoid this dinosaur.

We are very happy with our ZLINE ducted range hood. It has the umph we need to move the air across the kitchen and outside. As important, we are very pleased with the service we got from Tamela. She knows the product line, how to use ZLINE's data base and her phone presence is pleasant and professional. We will buy ZLINE products in the future because we know they have service reps like Tamela.

So Loud!!!

This hood looks nice, but that is where it's quality ends. I returned the first one because it was so loud (80 decibels on the "quiet" setting). The relpacement is just as loud. The lights are supposed to have three settings and there is only one, just like the first one. Junk!

Absolutely beautiful!!!

I love love love this range hood. Its great quality, solid and very well made. I will be using it with my all white cabinets, white countertops and stainless appliances. I chose this because its eye catching,and different enough that I know I wont see it in anyone elses kitchen.

Slick Range Hood!!

Just got this hood for my kitchen remodel. The Finish is beautiful!! Powerful fan motor, yet quiet. Easy to assemble and mount. Shipping was super quick too.

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.

Good product but something was not right

The item is like refurblished one even though i order a new one with full price. Screws missing. Plastic sheet on metal skin is not there even though accessories have those. Manual was missing. I had to find those on internet. Dual fans are new. Plastic sheet cover on display panel was terrible--looks like a plastic wrap for food.--stuck between display unit and ss panel-- did not come off cleanly
