Don’t Buy This

The worst cooktop I’ve ever used. Do not buy this. The burners are setup in a terrible way that makes it very inconvenient to use all 5 burners simultaneously. Definitely regret this purchase.

Well I've had this cooktop for a few months now and I very much dislike it. #1 the labeling next to the dial is very faint, barely readable without bright light. #2 Dials are too close together making it difficult to clean. #3 This unit doesn't heat up as fast as my old Frigidaire unit which it replaced.

Glass is too delicate

This cooktop replaced a GE one we had for 18 years. The GE was intact. No cracks, the burners just werent working evenly anymore. This one scratches very easily and then a hairline crack began by the back burner that we dont even use. Now the company wants to charge us to fix it on a product that isnt even a year old. Never again

THIS SAMUNG WAS INSTALLED ON 7/31/23 IT HAS WORKED OK I REALLY DON'T LIKE TO GIVE REVIEW UNTIL I HAVE HAD IT ONE (1) YEAR.

Horrible

Bought installed and Glass is cracked. Samsung does not have the glass part for cooktop. Samsung should keep parts for their products

Overall it works well, nice even heat without fluctuations. My only gripes are the control knobs are too close together making it difficult to clean and the labeling next to the knobs are very difficult to see clearly, gray on black doesn't work plus the lettering is too small.
