We purchased 4 appliances at the same time. The stove was damaged, the stacking kit for the washer/dryer wasn't sent and literally all that was done was plug in the refrigerator. They wouldn't run the water line and the icemaker didn't come. I had to go pick up the icemaker and pay a plumber to run the line, they came back 4 times before we got all 4 appliances installed

Broke immediate. Terrible customer service

I will not buy a Samsung appliance again. I received TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit. Within a month the dryer fell off the washer, breaking the brackets that held them together. I run a business so I called a tech out to fix immediately. It turns out that two rods were broken inside of the washer. This thing is a month old. I called warranty and they said they could not reimburse for the repairs because Samsung didnt send a tech out. I told that I run a business and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nope. They don’t care. I should have called Samsung first. WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A WASHER THAT DIDN’T BREAK WITHIN A MONTH!! Terrible customer service without regard to the big picture which is customer satisfaction. Will I be buying a Samsung appliance again? Nope. And neither should you. Trust me.

Good service from Best Buy

I was impressed by the service provided by Best Buy for this purchase. The item was delivered within the time frame provided and workers were professional during installation. I bought the Samsung washer and dryer. The products are so quiet and efficient. Everything you except from Samsung. Highly recommended.

Ruining My Laundry and Samsung Will Not Help

I had this machine for a year and it worked fine -- not amazing, but fine. Just before the one year anniversary, it started to throw carbon onto my white towels. Grey stains that will not come out with anything. Tech came out, cannot find the problem. In the meantime, all of my whites are going in the washer looking perfect, coming out streaked with grey stains. And Samsung has not replaced the washer. Do not buy this. Save your money and get a machine with a better track record.

Very pleased with the washer. Only downside is that there is no light in the drum.

Too new to fizzle out

My LG front load washer has stopped being my friend! It’s just 18 months old. It has always had an issue of not starting to wash and I go back in 30 minutes but the cloths are still dry. After the last hurricane, it will not light up at all. Possibly it was damaged from the storm, but maybe it never was right. Either way, I called for service: $150 to disassemble, $150 to reassemble, $85 service fee and $385 for diagnosis. A new one is on sale. I will buy again.

These are the best Washer/Dryer set I've ever used. Excellent functionality! A lot of settings, also they don't waste electricity nor water. I love them now I can wash and dry all my bed covers at home don't have to deal with going out to a laundromat. I was a bit skeptical because of that issue Samsung had a couple of years ago but I have absolutely " NO REGRETS" I would recommend these even to my worse enemy. Stay safe out there! BE KIND! Love you!!!!!

Excellent on all counts so far. It’s been 6 months so far. Longevity is the only concern as my last Samsung washer lasted under 5 years. The purchase, delivery and install process was made very easy by Samsung.
