Product was well packaged, included all of the listed parts, and the instructions were pretty straightforward. From "box to installed" was about ten minutes. Light quality is excellent - very bright, great for the garage space I mounted mine in. The sliding wire hanging system is a great improvement over the old chains and makes leveling quick and easy. The long plug cord also made for a clean and safe install. Very lightweight, so it's easy to hang with just the included drywall anchors. I'm praying the "lasts up to 45 years" quote on the box is accurate!

This light has a sleek design and was easy to install by myself. Instructions are clear and easy to follow and the light can be plugged in or hardwired. Product is light weight and comes with hardware to mount into drywall. I screwed the mounting hardware into a ceiling joist so I used my own wood screws. Suspension wire and cable gripper system makes it easy to adjust and set the height of the light. It provides ample bright light in my previously dimly lit garage, EXCELLENT light for my workstation and looks great!

This light upgraded my work area quite a bit. At 5ft it spans the length of a 6 ft door counter I do all my detail work. At 50 watts it throws the equivalent of about four 60 watt bulbs. It is a very blue, bright light, which appears brighter than the equivalent softer light. Easy to install wiht chains and comes with a long 5 ft cord that can easily be pluged in. I swapped out a bulb for a bulb plug and I was ready to go.

This LED shop light is plenty bright and nicely styled, but I had numerous problems with the installation (which should have been simple.) First, the installation hardware was NOT included in the box as well as there were NO instructions. I contacted Home Depot Customer Service who was able after several days to contact the company and have the installation hardware sent to me. Once received, I still did not have any directions and the tiny cables that suspend the light seemed strong enough, but I may still have been missing some of the hardware to attach the cables to the ceiling. So I am still not yet able to hang it up in my garage. I think I have figured out a way to hang it by improvising a cable clamp to adjust the cables & hang it at the desired height. Maybe it's a lot easier to hang WITH instructions & all the necessary parts!

Stuck at 3 stars. The light fixture itself is very nice looking and very bright. I had to downgrade this because of the mounting system. I got a light that was not able to be hung with chains as pictured online. Instead, it came with "suspension wires and cable grippers" designed to hang the light on a drywall ceiling and the other end to be screwed into threaded holes on top of the fixture itself. (I sure wish I had pics) The instructions said to attach the top hanger (cable gripper) to drywall ceiling with supplied plastic anchors and screws. The directions also stated that the anchors should be 40.9 inches apart. Really? 40.9 inches? On the other hand, the cable system is strong and very easy to adjust for height. I would suggest that you check what kind of mounting system comes with the light before you buy it. If you have a ceiling to mount this light or get one with chains...I would not hesitate to give it 5 stars

The 50 watt, 4 foot length, 4000 lumen LED premium shop light is an excellent bright white ceiling light fixture for my workshop. The modern and stylish outward appearance and bright light output of this LED (Light Emitting Diode) light fixture is definitely a big step above in quality and operating performance over the old traditional two, 40 watt glass florescent tube shop light of years ago. I like the fact that this LED light fixture can start and operate as low as zero degrees Fahrenheit whereas the old glass florescent tube light fixture would not work in cold weather, especially in my unheated garage. The LED light source means it is maintenance free (5 year warranty) as opposed to the old glass florescent tube shop light were I had to periodically buy replacement glass florescent tubes when they burned out. I then had difficulty in trying to properly and environmentally dispose of the old glass florescent tubes which was considered a hazardous waste item in my town. This light fixture has some great features such as the sleek looking and easy to adjustable steel suspension wire system to hang the fixture from the ceiling plus it Energy Star rated to save on electricity cost and it is also ETL Intertek Listed for electrical safety. Another great feature is the ability to quickly and safely electrically link another one the same model light fixture to the one that I just hung for additional light along the length of my long workbench. I should be noted that the Home Depot online product description states that you can hook up 4 of these light fixtures together but the manufacturer's instructions that came with the light fixture specifically states, "Linkable up to maximum of 2 fixtures". My only constructive criticism would be, in my opinion, rather than using the two provided small plastic drywall anchors, I would use two larger and stronger rated drywall anchors since this light fixture is hanging down as dead weight from the ceiling. I don't feel comfortable and would not want to take the chance that the two small plastic drywall anchors could loosen over time and pull out of the ceiling thereby causing the light fixture to fall down. The provided "Scan Me" bar code on the packaging box to get more information about this light fixture does not work when using the Home Depot app.

Simply brilliant. The Commercial Electric 4 ft. LED shop light is the best shop light fixture I've ever used. While it does produce it also lights up a larger area than most 4 ft lights. It comes with a 5 foot cord to be plugged into a grounded circuit. It also can be linked to 3 more fixtures and it comes with the hardware to tie another to it. Installation is easy, no more chains and all that noise common with shop lights. The adjustable cables for height is very nice and works like a charm. Trust me you'll like it!
