It’s so easy to install and works perfect
It's plastic!! Despite the name "spotshield stainlesss," this is actually all plastic. No metal at all. That must be a trademarked color name or something. Wish I could return it. Too late now. I'm buying a metal one elsewhere now.

This came with everything needed, it was easy to install. I've had it for about two weeks , I believe it will endup saving money on the water bill in the long run. Its a cool little addition to the kitchen sink.
Great innovative idea. Works great on the majority sized glasses and mugs. Only one or two don't work on this, but for the majority of coffee cups and glasses...excellent.
I love the glass rinser, but not all my cups fit on it.

Easy to install and wow! Does it work well.
I love this thing! I have it hooked up to the hot water line, so that it starts out cold, but gets warmer the longer I rinse, until it is cleaned. It normally doesn't take long. I find it very useful for mugs when I've had Irish Coffee or hot chocolate. Also for glasses which served mixed drinks ( such as a Pain Killer, which has fresh grated nutmeg). It gets the red wine dregs out, too. I imagine it would be great for smoothie glasses as well.
Very easy install. Looks great and is powerful enough to remove dried on gunk.
MADE OF PLASTIC
The main housing and cover are made of plastic. All of the marketing and product descriptions make it seem like its made of metal so it was a big surprise when I opened the box and it was plastic. I will be returning this as this is pretty expensive for a piece of plastic. Sadly, if you're looking for an all metal version you'll have to shell out for the more expensive version
