Hunter doesn’t stand behind their products
I purchased two of these fans. One is fine but the other is defective. After several phone calls and emailing videos of the issue to their customer support, they said they were sending me a new fan. This was almost a month ago and I never got the replacement fan. So now I guess I have to waste more of my time calling them AGAIN to try and get a replacement. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous! I thought Hunter was a company that stood behind their products but I guess I was wrong!
This fan is exactly what we needed. While it took a bit of time to install (we are not pros), the fan and light work well. I like that the blades are available in a choice of color—a soft wood grain grey or a light wood color (turning over the blade). The lights are nice and bright, which is exactly what we needed in a fairly dark room.
Love! We ended up buying them for almost all the rooms in the house.

I love the Hunter brand. They make great fans. Not only a good product but great variety of size, styles and colors.
Poor quality. Will have to take fan down sounds like the fan has bad bearing makes a lot of noise. Checked it out a few times to ensure it was installed properly but the noise is coming from the bearings.

Our family love this fan. We bought it in white and it looks really good. The lights are very bright. In fact my grandson commented that he has never seen the room so bright. The fan is very quiet. Kudos to having a symbol of a light bulb and fan on the cords. Helps to know which one to pull.

Got this fan as a gift for my mom's birthday. She wanted a fan with light bulbs she could replace instead of having a fan with a light kit. It looks great and is a very quiet fan with bright lights. Also was easy to install!
