Warranty is a JOKE

Buyer Beware! Warranty can only be claimed if you kept your receipt! My motor stopped working after 10 years and my receipt can’t be read (a case of vanishing ink). Seems to me that the fact that I own a Hunter fan is evidence enough that I purchased it!!! If Hunter truly stood behind its products they would not require a receipt to honor their warranty. 🤔

Fast delivery and very happy with the light/fan combination!

Motor is very quiet and once the weight is set properly, it hardly wobbles at all. However, the double-stick tape that is included for the weight is very poor qualify; I had to use another brand in order for it to stick. The chain pulls click very crisply, so they seem to be of good quality, and the high setting moves a lot of air. However, the medium setting is more like low, and I can’t see any use for the low setting in summer, so that was a little disappointing. I just bought it, so I can’t comment on the reliability.

Lovely fixture. It's only been installed about 2 weeks but is silent and looks great.

Missing pieces and Hunter customer service has been difficult to work with.

We love the look of the fan and the ease of assembly (they are all the same regarding assembly I feel). The fan seems to not spin fast as others we have and therefore doesn't move as much air. If we had known that, we would have got a different fan. Therefore, it gets an average rating. Delivery through Home Depot was QUICK! very impressed...we have since placed an order for a different product due to the super fast delivery.

After returning 2 other different brand fans because they were entirely too noisy, my poor husband(he installed and took down 2 prior fans within a week) was so relieved to FINALLY find a fan that was easy to install and is VERY quiet. We love it!

Made in 2020 in China. Sold.in 2024. Good fan. Instructions could be a bit simpler.
