Horrible customer service

Ordered 3 fans and only received 1 after two weeks. Customer service wants me to wait another two weeks to see if fed ex finds it. Horrible customer service.

A very smart looking and quiet fan. The wiring was very tricky however, but we got it done. I am very happy with this purchase.

Extremely Frustrating Install

I've installed over a dozen fans in my lifetime. This one was by far the most difficult. Getting the light fixture on was next to impossible as there was no room to see the screw holes because the wiring was so compact.

Nice fan Mean install

Installed fan after having is in the house for awhile. Would say installation was much more difficult than fans I have installed in the past. Might be easier to build it on the floor but makes hanging it precarious. Lining up fan blades to screw holes is challenging and lighting fixture mount was hard. Reminded me of the Operation game as a child. wires are so tight didn’t think I was going to be able to connect the 9 pin plug connector. Hopefully Perseverance will pay off and fan will operate properly for years to come.

Used Lowe’s installation and it was up in a week

Modern light, quiet, good for a bedroom

Not difficult but you have to be fairly good DIY person to put this up. First challenge will be the ceiling box cradle. This uses a proprietary triangular mount that probably will not line up with your your ceiling box. for mounting. You will have to obtain a universal mount, screw that into the box and then screw the Hunter mount into that. Mount the blades BEFORE you proceed to the light kit. The next challenge will be the light kit. This involves pushing the connector into wiring box and pull it to make the connection. There are several wires and not a lot of room.You have to "lock "the light housing onto 2 screws and then tighten them from inside the box, plus adding another screw for extra stability. This extra screw is tricky to line it up with the hole. The instructions are pretty clear. Hardware bags are identified by lines and circles If you need to reverse the direction of the fan rotation this is INSIDE the light box and the globe must be removed to access the switch. Some people complain the light is not bright. I think the two Supplied LED bulbs are fine for a bedroom. You can control the fan and light from the pull chains or use a wall controller with or without a transmitter depending on you wiring set up.

Great Fan, Great Looking Fan

Tired of installing "cheapie" fans, only to have to replace them in 2 years. NOW, ONLY Hunter fans, this is the 2nd one to replace a "cheapie" in the past 6 months. SOOOO Quiet!

Good addition to a gray bedroom

Fan is quiet, low speed is perfectly gentle to sleep beneath. Light is appropriate brightness for a moderate sized bedroom. Instructions were clear and complete.

Great looking fan. A little challenging to assemble, as I did it from a ladder. The light assembly wiring box is congested so it makes it difficult to access the mounting screws for the assembly to mount to. Also had to buy the Hunter brand sliding wall switches in order for this fan to work properly, as consulted with Hunter Fan company after I had tried to use existing sliding wall switches which resulted in a bad noise and running backwards.

Really nice, sleek fan

I replaced a fan in my living room that didn't have a light fixture. I really like it. It has a clean modern look to it. It was easy to install. The light is not so bright, but it's good when you don't want it too bright - like during my morning coffee!
