NOT OPERATED BY REMOTE INCORRECT DESCRIPTION
The description states this fan comes with a remote, which is not true! After receiving the fan and started the assembly we realized there was no remote. This is a pull chain operated fan. Also instructions not clear and there were missing washers and bolts. After calling customer service they stated it should come with a remote and sent another fan. Same thing no remote. After 2nd call to customer service the rep called Concord and they confirmed there was a typo in the description and it is not a remote operated fan. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. It is actually a beautiful fan and has gives great airflow just wish it was remote controlled.
