We love these fans. Our second house furnished with this fan.

Last time I ever order from Wayfair. Received a Hunter Fan in a brown cardboard box appears to be from China. The box had holes and tears in it. Sent pictures of box to Wayfair and they wanted to charge me $30 to return it. Also, there was no sealed inner box with Hunter markings just a thin outer cardboard box. Pitiful.....

Worked great for four days!

This was the only ceiling fan I found with non-enclosed lights (so we can use Hue bulbs), remote control, and comes in white. Our contractor's electrician installed it while doing other work in the room (so, professional install). It worked great at first. After 4 days, the light wouldn't come on. While the contractor was there to check on why the light wasn't working, the fan stopped working. They tested it and it was dead. Very unfortunate since it looked so nice. We decided to go with another brand without the remote because we didn't want to go through all of that again.

Self install remote

It came with a remote you had to install which didn’t want to fit easily into the spot they told you to put it in. Otherwise, nice product but for price it should have been remote ready.

This is a beautiful fan. I replaced the light bulbs with Edison bulbs for a truly gorgeous appearance.

Fan blades loosen over time

The fan blades attach to the arms by pressing a rubber grommet over a conical shaped screw head rather than being tightened down with washer and screw. After 18 months the fan began wobbling badly. Inspection revealed that due to the weight of the long blades and downward force in the air when rotating the grommets were slipping back up over the screws closest to the housing.

Great looking fan and Easy to install. Just installed them within the last week. Great air movement. My husband and I installed them following the instructions ( easy to follow).

Perfect fit for what we were looking for. We'll made and very quiet.

Still haven’t hung it because it didn’t come with the parts needed to hang the way it was advertised to support. Now have doubled the cost of the fan which was purchased with frugality in mind.

I purchased the fan along with the extender bar and we love it. It goes well with the rest but f my living room. It came in the expected time frame and was just as described.

NO Remote Control

I just bought two of these fans to replace exising fans. Install was quick and easy. Fansa are nice. But beware, these fans DO NOT include remote controls. The fan decription says "control dimming with a handheld remote (sold separately"), but I have not found a hunter product to integrate with the fan. Fans are fine. Next fans I buy will have remote controls.

I have these throughout my home. They’re simple, but quality.

Totally disappointed

The fan speed switch was broken, Missing screws ,and the light socket on one of the bulbs would not tighten

Order not received

We did not receive our order. We contacted customer service and were told that they couldn’t do anything until 14 days from when it was supposed to be shipped. It’s been 12 days now and the electrician is waiting to install.

I had been redecorating my home and finally got to my main room. My contractor opened the box and it was not the ceiling fan I ordered. I am so disgusted about receiving the wrong fan. Unfortunately, it is too late to return.

Excellent ceiling fan/light! Absolutely love the fact that the blades can be flipped over for different aesthetic!

bought 2

We bought 2 of these fans in this size for our kids' rooms then the bigger version for our master bedroom. We've been very happy with them. The 3 bulbs were so much nicer and brighter than what they did have. I'm sure the clear glass fixture makes it brighter compared to the enclosed b00b type ceiling fan fixture we had before. I just wish there was a bit of texture on the smooth clear glass to hide dust better. But the lighter colored blades do a good job at not showing so much dust. We run our fans year round for air circulation and they are quiet. I like that the chains have symbols on it to know which is light and which is fan speed. We have the fan speed and light on separate switches at the wall switch. The lights are dimmable, if you get a dimming switch. Easy install. Have had then in for 10 months so far with no issues. Really love the look, light and air flow from them. Would totally recommend. 1 bulb burnt out already, otherwise no issues.

Fine fan unless you install without lights

This fan seems to be well made for the most part. However, there are not printed instructions included on how to install it without the light kit. Instead, it refers you to a website where you will not be able to locate such an article or video. I was able to figure it out, but not without difficulty. Also, I had an unrelated issue as well and support sadly gave me a runaround. This is our second or third Hunter fan (it replaced a 20+ year old one), and I was generally saddened by the experience in installing this one.

Very nice looking. Was easy to install where we had a small ceiling light. No problem. Very quiet too.

i got got of these to replace very old fans and they are working great. Love the light i get in my craft room from them.
