As lovely as the (best) pictures. Very unique. I love koa wood and once installed, this very closely resembles the real thing. Glad I took the chance and risked high restocking fee  debacle should I have had to return this item.

Very good fan, just needs better documentation on how to program the remotes and the wall switches. Switches. Otherwise excellent!

Minka Aire customer service is pitifully bad

I bought 3 of these fans in 2023. They’re beautiful but I have 2 warnings. 1. They can’t be remotely reversed - a problem for high ceilings. 2. Minka-Aire’s customer service is bad. My bedroom fan failed in summer 2024. The company said it was the capacitor and that I should expect electronic components to fail. Unfortunately, the capacitors have been on back order since June/July. I have 2 options: buy a new fan or wait for the capacitor to ship. I’m using a 25 yr old table fan as a substitute.

Great Fan

This fan has a clean look. Disappears into the ceiling just as I'd hoped. It moves a surprising amount of air and is totally quiet. I wish it had an operating switch instead of the remote.

Beautiful and Modern

This fan is beautiful and simple in it's design. It blends perfectly with my recessed wood look ceiling.

Bought two of these and happy with them!

Very quiet. Sleek and elegant. Cools the room nicely. And perfect for rooms with low ceilings (our ceiling height is 7'10") A great fan! One complaint: A little disappointed the remote has the light options even though our model has no light. As a result the remote is large for such simple navigation features. The company should have designed a remote specifically for this no-light model.

Stunningly beautiful

This fan gets lots of compliments and coordinates well with my indoor decor which is modern organic. It looks like apiece of art. I added the dark koa colored fans to 4 rooms in my house. Remote control works well and I had it installed next to the light switch. I installed all my fans into the ceiling which was not already wired, so my project required additional cuts in the drywall to get the romex to run from the middle of the ceiling down the wall to a switch plate.

Beautifully unique and worth the money.

This is a great fan with a beautiful look. I was hoping it would be a bit darker than pictured in order to go with my cherry furnishings in the bedroom and it was. It puts out plenty of breeze, which is so nice to hove while sleeping. It was a bit pricey but have to admit worth every penny. I am an interior designer and very picky when it comes to ceiling fans. So many are predictable and not very attractive. This one is just lovely. It has a transitional enough look to blend with most decors. Go ahead ... buy it!

My dad, an electrician, and my plumber were both so complimentary of this fan while woeking on the kitchen renovation.

Very noisy on highest setting

Moves a lot of air at the highest setting but makes a very loud hum - odd for a DC motor. Disappointed as Minka Aire came highly recommended

Modern and Functional

Stylish look with an upgraded motor and housing compared to big box store models. We love the Minka Aire product line for use in our multifamily units.

This ceiling fan is beautiful. It has a high end look and it’s solid wood. I will purchase this fan again.

Two different electricians have tried to get this fan to stop making an obnoxious sound while on. I give up, and am replacing it with something else. I HAVE purchased this fan in the past without any issues, in fact this is the fourth house I've lived in where I've had them installed. I can no longer recommend them.

Such a great looking fan, love it so much and looks great in my room which isn't really that large but the fan is so simple & sleek it really compliments the space without filling the ceiling.
