Nice looking fan but overpriced

The fan housing and fan motor are not concentric. If viewed from the side, the fan turntable is slightly canted relative to the housing. There is a distinct hum at the second speed. The remaining speeds are fine. IMO, the light is adequate. For the price it should have Wi-Fi, but it doesn't. Love the wood blades and the finish. Overall, a very nice looking fan but could use improvements as mentioned above.

Blade noise all the time Unacceptable

Fan makes a lot of noise no matter what speed. Unhappy with is fan and currently have a complaint submitted. Would like my money back and would never purchase this fan ever.

Great fan, but bad lighting

I really want to love this fan we purchased for our nursery, but the lighting it way too weak. Installation was a breeze, the fan functions well, and it looks fantastic, but the lighting leaves a lot to be desired. Buyer beware, if you purchase this fan be prepared to add more accent lighting to the room you’re installing this in.

Don’t buy these

Two in a row. These fans don’t work. I hired an electrician in case I did something wrong. He tried. It didn’t work. I got a replacement. And now doesn’t work in an all new way. Took it down. Put it up again. Didn’t work.

Cool driftwood look blades. Real wood. We’re building a new home that’s not done yet - so we haven’t installed these yet (bought 2). If it lets me, I’ll update my review once I see how it works. Shipped within a couple days, packaged securely looks as advertised.

Broken within 18 months

Looked nice while it lasted in my daughters room. Annoying that it was only controlled by the remote, but she liked the style so it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Unfortunately it just stopped working about 18 months after purchase. Most of the parts are covered by a year warranty. Almost $500 and you can’t guarantee your product beyond 12 months?? This fan is only on for a short time each night. My daughter doesn’t run the fan motor daily, even in the summer. It’s just a shame. You can’t even seem to pay for quality anymore.

Beautiful aesthetic

This fan is so beautiful and works like a dream. Very quiet, doesn’t wobble. We had one in our last house and just bought two more for our kids’ rooms in our new house. Highly recommend!

Delivered with loose parts all over box

When I opened the box all the parts were loose. I didn't even bother trying to see which things were there and which weren't. For almost half a grand a fan should not be delivered in such a manner. I've bought cheaper and way higher quality fans than this...Disappointed.

The perfect combination of form and function!

Never thought I would fall in love with a ceiling fan, but here we are. For three years we have been searching for a fan that isn’t hideous, but can still cool a room in a snap. So glad we’ve finally found it! This beauty went in a mostly white bedroom so it blends in nicely, but also stands out just enough with its timber detailing. The fan arrived within a few days of ordering, and though the box looked a bit beat up, it was packaged well so the fan itself was still in great shape. Assembly was as expected, about 20-30 minutes with no issues. The remote is an awesome feature (especially for a bedroom), and easy to use. We aren’t sure if Hunter listened to the comments on here and changed whatever that beep was that people have complained about- ours doesn’t make a single sound, in fact it is the quietest fan I’ve ever owned. The light isn’t blinding, just the right hue, and the blast of cool air is perfection. Overall- very satisfied with this purchase and already getting a second one for another bedroom!

Beautiful!

Hands down the best looking fan for a white room. The beep others complain about is gone now, at least mine doesn't. My blades do seem to make a slight rubbing sound balanced but hoping it goes away.

Pretty but not a good light source.

The fan is beautiful and very quiet. However, the LED light inside is very dim and not ideal if you need a light source. We had an electrician come in and show us the disc as it is not a bulb. He said there is a LED disc available on Amazon but does not know if it’s compatible and would have to reach out to Hunter. The fan is lovely, but if you need a bright light this may not be the right fan (or swap out the LED disc prior to hanging).

Classy! Love the neutral tones on this fan. The wood on the blades it’s very light which I love because it’s not very noticeable. It’s a pretty fan but it does a good job of blending in. Only downside is the light is very dim, other than that great fan!

Problem need help

I'm in the process of installing the fan. The motor housing cover is not on straight, it is crooked so its rubbing in the fan blades. How can this be fixed?

That BEEP

Beautiful fan. Sleekest of any I have found in the price range. Wish the light color was warmer but I can live with the 3000k. CANNOT live with the BEEP. Wakes family members in other parts of the house. Scares the dog too. Seriously. This single feature makes this fan unusable unless you are all alone in an empty house and don’t mind the being brought out of your drowsiness as you trim off the light.
