This amazing piece of plumbing design looks so intimidating to install, but it is so simple. With all those jets and sprayers allowing for so many options when showering, it just had to be a real nightmare to hookup. NO! Everything is done for you. All the valves are pre-plumbed to their respective heads. The only thing you have to hook up are two braided lines. One to hot, one to cold and that's it. Two brackets hold the entire thing to the wall. Looks amazing. Five stars for the design on this one.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful tower but comes short in some areas

This BWE 5-Jet Rainfall shower tower with wand looks beautiful but lacks some quality For what you getting. For starters one of the jet sprayer knobs broke off but was able to be carefully fixed. Also the digital water temp pad is loose and does not sit snug against the frame. Now the tower its self is gorgeous and comes with all the bells and whistles. Has adjustable jet sprayers, lower water fall spout, rain head and knobs to adjust it all from jet sprayer to pressure. Now Installion seems fairly simple but problem is the included instructions are inadequate and don’t explain everything that needs to be done. Now onto the lighting which I love but I’m skeptical about how long they will last. The lights have an internal power system that is ran from water pressure when the shower is turned on. No way to change batteries or change lights. So I do love this shower tower but I think BWE has some quality control issues to work out and only time will tell how well this product works. I would recommend to anyone who wants a shower tower to try this out.

[Rewarded Review] Very Attractive even w/Quality Issues

Features that attracted me to the BWE Rainfall panel system were: 1/the rainfall feature along with the auxiliary water jets. 2/the LED highlights. 3/included hand wand. 4/ the flat-black finish which could be quite stunning in the 'right' shower/bathroom. AND 5/ the panel system came completely (almost) connected to all water delivery components. You do have to install the overhead, rainfall shower and connect it to the internally supplied line, AND you do have to connect the entire unit to the home water supply system. The only challenge (even for a newbie installer) would be mounting the unit to the shower wall and getting it straight! Given all the pluses about this BWE shower panel I still could not give it an average (3-star) rating let alone anything higher. Why? The quality of materials is not there. 1/ The body is thin pressed metal which is ok once installed but as pictures show it is easily damaged. 2/ Most components (e.g., water spray units) are plastic and will wear more quickly than metal. In my case two of the sprays were already damaged. 3/ Hand wand and hose are plastic or a plastic-like material (and may not hold up to heavy use). I really like this unit in concept. It looks fantastic AND I could recommend this to someone selling or flipping a house and wanting to improve the looks of a bathroom. I cannot recommend this to a friend without letting him/her know of the issues I encountered.

Given the quality and price point this is a useful product and purchase. I would imagine many years of good usage. This comes with a lot of features packed into this shower panel system.

[Rewarded Review] Not at all for me.

After struggling to assemble and test this BWE 5-Jet Shower panel, I decided not to install it permanently. It is not really suitable as a retro-fit since installation requires access to the original hot and cold water lines, buried behind the walls, and installing proper mating fittings at the right height for the tower is not for the faint hearted. The instructions – a single page of tiny print – are terrible, and basic operating guidance is completely missing. I went back and forth with the customer service over several days to finally learn the electronics are powered by the flowing water, so lights and the digital display only operate when the water is running. That eliminates any battery replacement but it has its drawbacks. More on that below.

[Rewarded Review] Great system that uses a direct supply line hookup!

We had hoped this would be installed by now, but our contractor is running behind with all the holidays so I’m going to do my best to do a review that focus on the quality and functionality of this item until then. Will follow up with some finished photos in hopefully the next months as our bathroom is already gutted! The unit was well packaged in some protective cloth sacks to prevent any shipping damage. There are two primary parts, the rain shower and then the wall panel. There is a small box with all the hardware to mount this unit to the wall of the shower and it doesn’t require a valve, but only a supply line standard hookup for both the hot and cold water. All the lights and display us water flow to power up, but from what I can tell it’s in °C only and cannot be change to °F. The body gets appear to be easily adjustable to point in any directly you like! Everything is wired together already so you are just plugging in the overhead light once to you connect the rain shower to the wall panel. Hook up the supply lines then hang it on the wall. According to my information once the unit has water flowing through it, the lights come on and so does the display, so no batteries are required. The finish of the item and well done and strong and all the controls appear to be brass. Looking forward to getting this item completely installed. (Side note, if you are looking to install an outdoor shower for a pool area, this could be a good option!)

[Rewarded Review] Attractive with many jets

I recently got this BWE 5-Jet Rainfall Shower Panel System with Rainfall Shower head to put in a bathroom shower that i am updating. I chose this product because it is a all in one self contained product. It has 4 jets that you can adjust their direction to where you want hem aimed. There is a bigger jet in the middle of them and a big rainfall shower head. There is a strip of lights across the top and a LED temperature display above the handles. There is a shower wand and tub filler spout built in too. The one i purchased came in matte black which is very attractive. This is maid from stainless steel to resist rusting. I recommend this if you are looking to update your shower.

[Rewarded Review] Functional shower panel

This luxury shower panel is ok. It was packed well to prevent damage. It has an economical design, nice features and function. The finish is ok but may scratch easier than I would want. The material used is not as good as I would expect for a “Luxury” product. I like that it has a built in valve system but concerned about maintenance down the road. I also like that it has LED’s but have some concern about the battery storage. Overall I’m sure someone will like it but it’s just not my cup of tea.

This is an incredible upgrade to any shower. This BWE 5-Jet Rainfall Shower Tower Shower Panel System with Rainfall Waterfall Shower Head and Shower Wand in Matte Black is not just beautiful, it is full of great features as well. There are four body spray jets for a great, overall shower experience. The rainfall, overhead shower even allows adjustment to your liking. The matching hand held shower head with a long water line completes the design. Made of stainless steel and copper, it will last many years. It even includes LED lights.

[Rewarded Review] Gorgeous finish and very versatile

The 5 Jet Rainfall shower tower is amazing. I'd first like to talk about the finish and how great it is that it doesn't leave fingerprints all over it. Very easy to clean and it's like a brushed black nickel which is simply gorgeous. The install is pretty straightforward and doesn't take too much time. The option of using the jets, rainshower, or front spray is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this product.

[Rewarded Review] Happy Shower

Don’t be fooled, this shower panel is not an easy install. I am replacing a basic single handle shower control. First thing to know, you can’t just take off the old shower head and replace it with this one. I needed to cut into the wall through the tile and backer board access to the control valve, cut it out and add 90 degree connections in order to connect the two supply lines. Now to the shower, we love all the features, rain head, directional body spays, and handheld. The best part is they can all flow water at the same time. The black finish is very modern and looks great.

[Rewarded Review] Awesome water panel

The BWE 5-jet Rainfall Shower panel system with rainfall shower head and shower wand shower tower with LED light in black nickel is a beautiful shower panel. I am in the middle of removing ceramic tile and and drywall in my bathroom. Also I am removing the shower and tub valve fixture. Some of the features of this shower panel I like, are adjustable flow rate, adjustable temperature,body spray, corrosion resistant,easy to install and hot+cold water. Very good quality shower panel from BWE.

[Rewarded Review] Great looking, but not great...

I love the look of this shower panel. I've installed shower panels before. But the instructions for this one are terrible: light, small type and woefully inadequate for an easy install. The LED panel near the top is just solid plastic; no way of getting to the batteries either (am I supposed to break the plastic to reveal the LED? Nothing in the instructions...). The lights on the shower top and around the controls work, but for how long? And the printing on the control handles are barely visible. But the main problem is terrible instructio0ns.
