Works well for the price, but needed all the fittings tightened. Every one was less than finger tight. Better check!

[Rewarded Review] Excited when i saw it online, not so much so once i recently received it

I must say this was very exciting when i looked it up on the Home Depot app. Once it arrived, i became less impressed. The instruction sheet lacks critical information. No dimensions are given for installing the brackets or water lines. Nowhere does it show how to install the wand, although i do know how. The wand itself is low grade plastic and does not have a comfortable feel to it. The brackets are a thin guage material that i dont believe will support this for years to come. They mounts have no way of being secured to the brackets. For most homes including mine, to secure it properly the wall behind the existing lines will need to be removed. Not only to hook up the water lines, but to properly secure the unit to the wall from behind. I recommend installing a backplate and installing a screw with nuts and washers through the mounting arms for security. And as well, too confirm that there are no leaks. The clamps for the water lines are comparable to miniature radiator hose clamps.
