Great rug!

Great quality, and great looking rug! I love that it is a different look from the other traditional rug designs available out there. Though the grey in the pattern looks very close to what's shown here, the only thing to be aware of is that the 'ivory' color in the chevron pattern is a heavier cream/yellow color in person than it looks here online. I had to return it only because I needed something a bit more white to coordinate with the other elements in my room. That being said, it's overall a very good purchase!

'Floor blanket' - not a rug

If this was advertised as a scratchy, stiff throw blanket for your floor then it meets the challenge. A rug??? No way! I bought this in the 6' round green because I liked the chevron print and the fact that it was round, plus it matched my daughter's bedspread. I read the reviews that it was 'low pile', but even that complaint is not on target. This 'rug' doesn't have pile at all. It is essentially a woven wool blanket in the shape of a circle. It doesn't have any backing whatsoever; nothing to even give it weight to lay flat on the floor. For almost $200 (and that was on sale!), this is a ridiculous buy. Cut the price by 50%, add some additional photos to show the texture and profile of the mat (that's the closest you could get to calling it a rug), and consider it an honest sale. Otherwise this product needs to be taken down. I get the fact that it's real wool which gives it some integrity as an 'authentic' material, but throw it over a horse and call it a fancy wool saddle blanket. So disappointed...
