Good; ended up not using it anyway. Nothing wrong with product we just opted for a glass shower.

Excellent quality, but did not fit

Received it in excellent condition and fast. Appeared to be high quality. But was unable to install it and ended up returning it. The mounting holes are spaced 3.5” apart horizontally, and it was to be mounted on the end of a tiled 2x4 wall. Too great a risk of damaging the tile facing and not having adequate structure behind the tile to anchor the shower curtain rod.

Still looks brand new

Bought 2 of these about 8 years when our upstairs and downstairs bathroom was gutted and love them. They still look like they are brand new and I highly recommended them.

Beautiful and Strong

This dual shower rod is both attractive and indisputably well-made. We wanted something that could withstand lots of use without bending or coming down, and this is it -- plus much, much more. We are exceptionally pleased.

Attractive and functional

This shower curtain rod(s) is sturdy and attractive and comes in a variety of finishes. It does a good job of keeping the outer curtain and liner separate, which makes it easier to keep the outer curtain dry. Because I am using it for a curb-less shower, this is especially useful. NOTE: Because this fixture is two rods with a space between them, it takes up more room than a single rod and might not work in some settings. My installer found it helpful to use the actual measurements of my shower curtain and liner for accurate placement.

Straight Double Solid Brass Shower Curtain Rod

I purchased this item in December 2021 along with the roller ball shower rings. The pole was easy to install. It looks like a million bucks in my bathroom. I have no regrets with my purchase.

Double curtain rod

Looks great. So glad I got this. Like having the liner and curtain separate. My bathroom is like a spa.

Great Quality

There are so many inferior shower curtain rods on the market. I bought 4 others and returned them all. This one was very expensive, but the quality shows and it will last in the long run. It might help if they included instructions as to what side of the support brackets faces up ... I figured it out after I mounted the first side.

Beautiful rod and great customer service

I had originally ordered this double rod in a dark finish that curved out. It was beautiful but the only problem we had was that it easily scratched.The packaging made of plastic scratched the rods. We were worried that if we had hung any rings on it, that it would scratch it even more. I contacted Customer service and they were able to give me a refund and I ordered the silver brass finish. We had just moved into our new build at the time, so when it came time to hang the rod, we found that our bathroom was too small to accommodate the curve. If we had installed the rods the curtains would be in the toilet! haha. I called customer service yet again with my dilemma and they graciously sent me a call tag to return the curved rod for the straight one. I love how the rod looks very sturdy and stylish! You would be surprised to find that it is hard to find a double curtain rod that is one straight piece and not extendable. I would def recommend this product and company for their top notch customer service and product!

Great Product Design

As were planning a long-overdue remodeling of our 50-year old master bathroom, we wanted to retain the same or similar design of our old shower curtain rod--one that would allow an outer curtain and a separate liner, which were not on the same hooks. After much searching, I found the perfect product, and now that it is installed, we are very pleased with our new double-rod shower curtain rod.

They should have created a new listing for this up

They seemed to have updated this design, so some of the older reviews and older customer photos are no longer relevant to this listing. They also have not updated the installation instructions, which are for the outdated design. Not sure why they didnt just make a new listing for this clearly different product. I found this all to be pretty misleading.

No instructions in the box. Poor quality

The install went fairly quickly after finding instructions on the website's product page for these double shower rods. The set screw goes DOWN for anyone trying to figure this out, but should be obvious if you look at the instructions. This also makes sense, since the locking cap is also on the bottom. You don't want the set screw on top, since that will hinder the curtain from closing.

Dual shower rods

It works beautifully - the two curtains can easily move independently of each other. Is sturdy, great for my elderly parents handicap shower.

Sturdy Set-up

Great quality and easy installation. However, there's an error on the instructions where the illustration for step 8 shows the set screw hole pointing down. If you place it this way, the top piece that seats on the bracket doesn't fit. The set screw hole must face toward the top of the bracket.

Excellent For A Guest Bath

This shower curtain rod adds style to the room! I like the fact that the liner is on the inside of the tub, and the curtain is on the outside of the tub. Quality of this product is perfect. No issues or problems when we received the rod.

Sturdy excellent product

I love this Rod the only down fall was the hardware needs to be better or a sturdy install.
