Doesn’t fit the ceiling fan exactly like we thought it would but we were able to make it work. Very solid rod.

Wrong item, costly mistake

Wrong item sent. After unwrapping downrod, electrician discovered we were not sent the threaded down rod compatible with the minka fan. It will require another trip for him. So disappointing.

Down Rod is not the issue

Down rod is just what I needed, but wrong size, my mistake. I was told by Electrician for a 12 foot Ceiling I would to add another foot.

Perfect for the 56" Honeywell Kaliza Fan

We bought this to match our 56" Honeywell Kaliza Modern Fan in Gun Metal and it matched PERFECTLY!! you would never know they didn't come together. What more can I say, it's a downrod and does the job

Extensions for Fan

These are the extending rods for the two fans. Not much to rate, they matched the fans and were easy to switch with the short ones that came with the fans. They were a bit pricey

Wrong size down rod recommended online...

Lumens recommendation module recommends wrong size down rod for fan and makes you pay to return it. Customer service awful in helping.

White downrod

I purchased a 6' downrod for the ceiling fan I ordered. The ceiling is 18', and I ordered it in white to match the fan. It is stunning looking, and I have received many compliments.

Fan has not ever worked. we had to get a new receiver and remote from the company and it still is not operational. we paid $150 to a licensed electrician to make sure we did not have a wiring problem and it still doesn't work. I would like to be reimbursed and receive a new fan

Does the trick

It does its job perfectly. No complaints. I needed it for my Minka Aire Artemis XL fan. I purchased the 3 ft and the 4 ft down rod because I didn’t know which to use. We stuck with the 4ft for our 14 ft ceiling in the great room.
