Delivery truck damaged tub
This is a beautiful tub but it arrived cracked due to the delivery men placing the tub vertical causing cracks on the top. We called immediately after unpacking to report the damage. Their solution is for us to return it to Lowes ourselves. Not sure how we can do that. It is very heavy and large. Not sure why they don't have a delivery truck come pick it up and take it back. That's why I gave it a 1 star review.

Great Delivery ; Great Company
We were blown away. This is a high-quality bathtub. It's currently in storage until we can install it... but we opened it up and examined it and it is gorgeous!
Arrives well packed and with no cracks
Bathroom isn’t done yet but I’m really in love with the way this tub looks. I wanted a smaller tub to fit in my space and this was perfect.I am doing 4 bathrooms and have purchased everything through Home Depot. Their customer service is outstanding.
