Lightning strike fried my previous

Lightning strike fried my previous similar transformer which worked 6 years prior to the hit. This is identical and works the same with the addition of a high low power switch

Transformer is as stated , economy . Works fine but the high - low setting doesn't have any effect on the lights . This may be because I'm only using 4 post lights . I wish Kichler made a dimmer for it . Over all a good value .

I needed a low power transformer to power seven walkway lights for my dock. I plan to install a X10 remote controller prior to it so I wanted an 'on' mode as I will not be using the electric eye option. I did try the electric eye and it worked with the unit installed under the roof of the boat house. The control knob markings are a bit small but once set it is not an issue. Simple design, seems well made,

Kichler Transformers Do The Job!

I purchased this low voltage transformer for 4 lights (below 60 watts) and ended up using it for additional lights elsewhere in my yard which I have a switched outlet. The "always on" setting allows me to turn on and off when I so choose. I purchased an additional transformer for additional lighting elsewhere and the same scenario. These transformers allow you to set certain lengths of time and dusk / dawn settings in addition to always on which I am using. Can set to "always on", great for hardwiring switched outlet Haven't discovered any
