Shipped perfectly packed with no in transit damage. Our plumber noted to us the tray was great quality. The plumber had no issues bedding this tray with the drain and alcove walls. Tiling went wonderful and look great. Another winner from Signature Hardware.

Pretty straight forward installation. Was told by the plumber never go with the lightweight acrylic models guaranteed to crack. This is heavy and substantial and cost the same as the acrylic shower pans. Win win.
