Get what you pay for

Bought this item because I need to weigh storage containers that I put up in my garage rack to prevent overload. Bought online and picked up curbside; super easy, no complaints with Home Depot personnel. Got home, opened, users manual has no set up instructions, although mechanically inclined persons can figure out with no problem. Went to weigh first container, and the scale doesn’t switch between Kg and lbs. I expect items I purchase to have functionality as advertised; will return.

Stopped working less than a year

Stopped working les than a year old. With minimal use. Only used a handful of times and no longer works.

Purchased to weigh luggage for traveling. The scale does it job accurately.

Nice scale for weighing the material for my landscape curbing project. I especially like that it runs off battery so I don't have to plug it into an outlet outside.

Didn’t work

It zeros out, but doesn’t work. I called the customer service number. After a few times of no answer I did wait it out and left a message. Seems well built, if it weighed things, kind of the point of a scale, it may have been good

I love this scale. I hate regular bathroom scales. I find that I constantly get different and inaccurate results from typical bathroom scales. I joined weight watchers and I want a very accurate measurement of my weight loss. This scale is fantastic and very accurate. Not the most pleasing to the eye, but very useful for my needs. Super great price as well.

Not Great

We had issues with this scale the moment we got it out of the box. The scale weight "drifts" or "creeps" in between items that we weighed, so we had to re-tare the scale every time we wanted to use it. We're taking ours back to HD.
