It arrived broken with cracks and dents.
Great delivery experience. Tub is light weight and as described. Did install with a different drain basin to prevent issue with the flexible hose.
the tub is nice but not happy with delivery company. They just left the tub in the front porch when delivered, did not call just out to check on the item! We just happened to open and install days
It leaks. Cheap fittings. Very disappointed. Only used a few times and it leaks all over bathroom floor. Plumber can’t find fittings to replace faulty ones as they are not standard fittings. After spending over 1,000 on product and service calls I am still left with a ton that I can’t use. Waste of money. Will have to replace entire tub. Don’t buy this. It looks nice but can’t use it and it discolored my floor. Terrible.
I’ve been doing renovations for over a year. The majority of my purchases come from Wayfair . I get nonstop compliments about all these pieces. Don’t be fooled , A lot of research and evaluating reviews play a huge part but for most of it, but Wayfair simply offers exceptional quality! Not to mention, their customer service is amazing!
It's really nice! Super sturdy and a nice weight. Be aware that the metal color you select does NOT come installed. There are attachments provided in a box in the metal finish you choose, but the tub comes with chrome installed regardless. This point of confusion is the only reason I'm rating it lower. Note - have not installed yet so can't speak to function.
Even though I had the measurements, the bath tub is a bit smaller than I expected. Aesthetically and functionally it's fine...I think I was hoping it was a bit more premium in substance vs. such lightweight acrylic. Also, the side came scuffed when we unwrapped the shrink... I think I can buff it out, but it's pretty noticeable. Otherwise, it's sufficient for the look of the trending freestanding tub master bath aesthetic.
Excellent tub! Fit perfectly in the space where our old acrylic insert tub was. Packaging was secure, no damage, delivery service was easy. Plumber had no complaints, and it’s a a perfect addition to our bathroom renovation. I’m 5’4” and can sit with my legs stretched out and water coming up to the bottom of my shoulders. It’s perfectly spacious!
Love this bathtub!
This time is absolutely gorgeous it was not hard for my contractor to assemble it. It's very light and was very easy to fit through the doors of the house. It's acrylic so it's very easy to clean however I would not recommend using any type of gritty cleaning cloth or substance as it can scratch the interior interior of the tub. It's very spacious to the point where your entire body can be submerged comfortably.
Tub is nice, delivered on time and no damage.
Ordering was simple and my tub arrived two weeks later. Upon opening the huge box , the tub came wrapped with plenty of styrofoam and arrived in perfect condition. It’s fairly light, but you still want to use two people to move it to the location of installation so that there is little chance of bumping and scratching it. We had a plumber do the install and he had plenty of positive comments regarding the quality of the tub. He did not use the flexible drain hose that it came with as he felt it would be more secure with regular PVC. He did have some drain issues , but that didn’t have anything to do with the tub itself. I’m 5’9” and I am able to fully extend my legs. The depth is almost up to my collarbone! Reno complete!
This tub is the highlight of our bathroom. Everyone who walks into the room immediately comments on it. I love the simple, clean lines, as it goes with the modern look we have in the bathroom. It's nice and deep for soaking. I am 5'4 and can stretch out my legs, but anyone taller would have to bend their knees. Two important things to note as this was my first time buying a freestanding tub. You have to buy a specific drain assembly which was $200+, and then of course you need a freestanding faucet. Quality ones are not inexpensive, and you need a really good plumber as the pipes must be done exact in order for it to fill correctly. We took out an old alcove tub, so we were already moving pipes, but just be aware that this tub takes some special preparation to install. I am so happy with our purchase, and if you have a space that can't take a normal 60" tub....this works beautifully. We are still working on the drywall in the bathroom, but you can see how it fits in an old alcove tub space. It gave the space a completely new and updated look.
